Place is ok. I've had mixed experiences. Sometimes I've had good service but other times it's been pretty dang bad. One experience I believe our waitress was high on something, not sure what exactly. But she completely forgot about our order after writing it down on a napkin which I'm sure got thrown away. As far as the food goes, it's decent. Pizza is alright. WOULDN'T HONOR PIZZA WAREHOUSE FREE APP CARD. A couple that we went to dinner with had previously been gifted a card for an appetizer to Pizza Warehouse. When we got the bill they said the new owner wouldn't accept the card for the free app ($12 value). So someone paid money for this card to give as a gift and because he wasn't the owner at the time, he doesn't want to honor it. We won't go back (we ate there almost every Friday). So instead of honoring a $12 appetizer, they are now going to miss out on two couples ever eating there again. It's not the $12 that is concerning. It's the principle of not honoring a card with your establishment on it. Also, the service was not great at all and they didn't have cold drinks (just water tea and beer). Honest review... I went for the first time yesterday. The pork belly on the menu excited me. The choices of beer were not bad but not the greatest... and only certain beers came in talls? Which doesnt make sense on how you can order one draft beer tall, but not other kinds... when theyre draft. The fried pickles were great on portion, but were reeeally thin & overly salty. They werent bad, but not the best. We had the pork pa looza (?) pizza which was absolutely delicious. I can say there is no changing table in the bathroom. Which is a big ding for me. Don't bother. This was one of my favorite places in town. Recently, they acquired new management and after our visit since, we will not be returning. The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. Everything was fine until I finished my first drink and requested another, only to not see our server for about 25 minutes and no drink. We finally asked for the check, and of course, the bill had the invisible beverage on it, which took another 15 minutes to resolve. In all, my family and I sat and waited for about 40 minutes for a drink refill that never came, a wrong check, and finally a check that we assume was correct but wasn't itemized. We were just ready to leave and we will not be back. We came here to watch the Kentucky game and it wasn't packed at all but the service was good. I'm not sure if every server has a ordering app on their phone but ours did and it was strange. We asked for a beer list (there's one in the menu but apparently that isn't always up to date) and she scrolled around on it to show us. Our beers were given to the wrong person but no big deal as we were able to tell and switched. The menu is large. From pizza to calzones to wings and burgers. We only ordered an appetizer - the fried calamari and pepperoncini (I don't think pepperoncini and banana peppers are the same thing). The only thing I dislike about pizza warehouse is how long it usually takes to get food out. Came in at 12:15 for lunch with only ourselves (2 adults 1 kid) and 1 other customer. It is now 1:00 and still no food here at the table. We placed our order at 11:20. Music wasn't as loud as it is sometimes so that was better. Waiter came by 10 minutes ago and told us it would be out shortly. Food is usually pretty good, nothing special but good. The only reason to help get it to 2 stars. Kept our drinks refilled guess that could be a plus. But how do you not being only two tables to tend to. read more

We were just passing through and wanted something better than fast food for dinner. Found this place on Google maps and decided to give it a try. Wow!!! Everything was amazing!!! We tried the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were amazing. Very light and crunchy and the ranch that came with them was amazing - obviously house made. The wedge salad was huge and was very crisp and tasty. And then the server recommended a Stromboli so we ordered one and it was the best Stromboli I've ever had!!! Was charged for top shelf liquor when I didn't order it... I really want to love this place. Any new restaurant in Paducah is exciting! So I went in hoping the best. The service was pretty good. We were seated right away, host and bartenders were courteous. The pizza was good, we ordered The Big Mac Pizza. The drinks were good too. It wasn't till the end of my meal when I was leaving that I realized that I had been charged for top shelf liquor when I didn't order it. It was just disappointing to see that, made me feel the staff was trying to pull one over on us. We told the manager/owner. She apologized and offered to correct it. I'm kind of sorry to say that my experience at PW last night was a little disappointing. The vibe of the place has a strong sports bar feel with waitresses in tight tops and the guys having a strong "bro" feel. Reminded me of a B-Dubs for pizza. The warehouse decor an setting is done well and the place has a huge bar. Our service was pretty good, except a coupon wasn't applied correctly the first time. Maybe they had forgotten? I hope that's it. There is a great beer selection, that's cool. Overall, the menu is huge, too much for my taste. What about the pizza? That's what you're wondering, right? Well, it was pretty soggy. Our cheesebread came out first and it was rich, very cheesy. The crust was so thin (same for the pizza) that it was quite floppy. Maybe that's intentional, but you really need to do some maneuvering to get the slice in your mouth. We ordered the meat special, which is going to be greasy by nature. I get that. Even so, it was very soggy and difficult to eat. They tried to be accommodating by cutting it into extra slices, but they wound up being too long and narrow to really hold. I think the kicker was that there weren't any paper towels in the bathroom. Well, I should say that there was a partial roll sitting on top of an empty dispenser. If this were at the end of a busy night, I would kind of understand, but this was at 5:30 on a Friday. This should be the moment that you are all set-up and ready for a busy rush. I ordered a simple cheese pie to go and was told it was a 25 minute wait which I understand. The waitress who answered the phone didn't even take my name. I repeatedly asked her if the food would be ready when promised and she assured me it would be. Well I showed up 25 minutes later and for sure you know I'm waiting. Don't bother ordering on line or via phone. Service is slow and kitchen and wait staff obviously disorganized. The "large pie was about the size of a small to medium pie from other establishments in the area. The pizza was crust was barely cooked and cheese was overwhelming and not very good. All in all it was a very bad experience and we will not return. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Even Dominoes is a big step up from this place read more

*sigh* I hope to be able to update this review in the future. I so wanted to love this place. I have heard great things, the food looks great, and it's a pretty cool spot in town. I was sorely disappointed and left wondering why I had just spent over $30 here. I had great expectations, because I loved their former restaurant "The Italian Grill" (you can read my 5 star review of how much I loved this place). It was upscale, beautiful on the inside. The food, service, and cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. I was proud to spend my money there and to support that local business. I know they were NOT meant to be the same type of restaurant, but they serve some of the same food and I expected much more under the same ownership. I'm just sorry to say, Pizza Warehouse fell short of that expectation for me. The night me and my roommate went, it was very busy. We had to wait about 15, which was fine. Although it was a very cold night and the waiting area is right by the doors and close off from the main restaurant, so we were super cold and uncomfortable the whole time. We finally were seated and meet our server, she was super nice. We both ordered a water, the deep fried ravioli appetizer, and a sangria. All of that came out pretty quickly. We'll do the good first. The sangria was phenomenal. I had to pace myself and not drink it all at once. It was smooth and kind of frothy? But in the best way. I would highly recommend just going for their drinks. The deep fried ravioli was okay. It wasn't bad. They were crispy and fresh, but the flavor wasn't there for me. For my entree, I ordered the side Caesar salad and the Vodka Rose Alfredo. I ordered both of these, because it's what I always got at The Italian Grill. My roomie ordered pasta as well. We waited...a long time. Yes, it was busy. Yes, I worked as a server for 3 years, I get it. But...from the time we walked in, to the time we walked out we were there 2.5 hours. It only took us about 10 minutes to eat. We were stuffed from the app and had to ask for a to go box. Which took our server at least 10 minutes to do. Then 10 more to bring the check. And then almost 10 more to bring my roommate her change back (as we watched her count her tips at a table across the room? Like what is that?). Back to the food. The side Caesar salad was a waste of $5. It was tiny to start and tasted like your regular run of the mill dressing, nothing special. Not to mention I didn't have silverware so I had to wait until my server looked our way to get her attention so I could get a fork (table runner brought salad out, didn't realize I didn't have a fork until he walked off.) My pasta was extraordinarily off. It didn't taste like before, it was very dry, barely any sauce, and it tasted like straight marinara, not vodka rose Alfredo. Not to mention it wasn't warm, it had been sitting too long. The table runner had to bring every element of what we ordered out. None of the other tables had that problem as I watched through the night. I know that was annoying for him because he doesn't know what we ordered and if we needed something? That's not his job, he needs to help servers run their table's food. Not to be over critical, but I paid $15 for a bowl of pasta that I could have definitely made better at home. They also serve the pasta with slightly baked, thin pizza crust? It was...flavorless and gross. Kind of like cardboard. I didn't get that concept at all. To be less pessimistic, my roomie's pasta was really delicious and actually had a normal amount of sauce. But to me that's a consistency problem, no bueno. Overall, like I said as much I LOVE to support local businesses and wanted to love this place, it will be awhile before I return. I may try again in the summer. read more

Took 40 minutes to get the stromboli on a lightly busy night. I would have no problems with the time and the cost if they were as I ordered, good and a value.. My husband and I have been frequent visitors since Pizza Warehouse opened. It has been through many changes and seems to have settled into a new norm. That isn't necessarily the greatest news. We love the sports bar atmosphere which is one of the best in town if you like to watch sports events while you eat. The servers have been really nice and good to chat with but they are very short staffed. The ones that show up have been holding their own pretty well while we have been there. The problem is sugar. The pizza sauce/anything with a red sauce is sweet. Really, really, really sweet. I am good with a touch of sugar to balance the acidity of tomatoes but this isn't that. This goes into a dessert level sweet. For something not sweet I always loved the margarita pasta with shrimp but since the new owner took over it has been sorely lacking in flavor so that knocks out a non-sweet dish. I think the menu and recipes could use a serious overhaul. We are having a tough time finding a reason food-wise to go back and we really hate that because it is one of our favorite places for a sports bar atmosphere. read more

Even though there's a surplus of pizza places in Paducah, this has to be one of my favorites. Their appetizer lineup is arguably one of the best, and their menu goes far beyond just pizzas. Many of their entrees are plenty large to share with someone and even have leftovers. Parking in the entire complex is a nightmare. Expect to walk fairly far from your car and invest a lot of your time into even finding a spot. read more

Paducah, shit I'm only in Paducah. Every second I'm sitting in pizza warehouse, Charlie gets stronger and I get weaker. Paducah was named for the paduca Indians by William Clark as a tribute to the local native population, cousins to the Cherokee. It is also located in McCraken county. And if you want to fill your Crackin, Pizza Warehouse is the place to be. My work buddies and I walked in and the vibe was immediately upbeat. I mean where in rural Kentucky can you hear Phil Collins and Duran Duran! The wings were amazing as an appetizer and we were very pleased with the gravy boats full of sauce. With all those "boats O sauce" you'd think we were at the confluence of the Ohio and Tennessee. Now that I'm a riverboat gambler I took a chance on the meat pizza. It was awesome. I ate that thing like a lion eating a hyena on the Serengeti. What I'm trying to say is that despite the the local history and Lenny Kravitz references this pizza is amazing. And may be the best pizza in the area... despite the fact that we are in a bedroom community of BFE. Other stuff...the beer was awesome and the service rocks. If I'm ever back here... Was visiting my family in Kentucky and looking for a place to watch some football and have a good drink. Family frequents the place and enjoys eating at the bar. Saturday afternoon there was a lighter crowd. After sitting about 15 minutes finally got some service. Ordered a few drinks and some appetizers. Got our drinks and waited and watched football. Finished our first drink and bartender asked if we wanted anything else. Well we asked about our appetizers. Well they were not put in. Bartender apologized and put them ahead of other orders and we ordered another drink. Appetizers came out 10 minutes later. Food was good basic fried pickles and fried mozzarella. Went into the men's bathroom no paper towels and the soap dispenser did not work. Needless to say we left shortly after disappointed. We had a group go there. Wife ordered a chicken Caesar salad. It came wit lettuce and chicken only, no croutons, no parmesan. That's a Caesar? Friends ordered a pizza which had either been frozen or in the fridge. The pizza came out cold and the middle was ice cold. Other friend ordered a calzone which was cold as well. Only reason I give it 2 stars is the waitress was working hard to try to keep everyone happy. They are understaffed and the food has gone downhill under new owners. Also new owners wouldn't honor gift card someone gave them earlier this year. That is bad business. Save your money. read more

When we there, there was only 1 other table the server was waiting on and I saw the two salads we we order just sitting up there waiting for our server to pick up for quite a while and same with the pizza.
