Food is decent. But the staff though friendly is the slowest and least accommodating of any place.

Our waitress was a thief!!Please be aware of tips added to your credit card. We left a cash tip and no tip on the credit card but got charged a 20% tip added to our card. I signed my receipt with 0 tip and wrote the total without tip. This is unexceptable, Do better Buffalo Wild Wings! Also sent salad back, the lettuce was brown an not edible. Because of the loyalty program we are big BWW fans. We have been to this BWW at least 4 times as we travel between AL and WI. Service: the bartender was very busy. Responsive if we asked for something. But no smile, no thank you. No eye contact when we were served (sat at the bar). Felt like we were more of a burden vs. paying customers. I got the dippers, and hubby got the boneless wings. Both were below expectations. My strips were very small, all gristle and breading. Same for the boneless wings. The oil everything was fried in tasted old and worn out. We come here because it's walking distance to our hotel. I would not drive for this experience. Really nice, quick easy lunch just now. Service by Quynh was great; efficient and very pleasant young lady. I faltered and had my old usual, a Buffalo ranch chicken wrap and it was delicious! When we had to clean our own table we should have left. Tables sat dirty and empty the entire time we were there. Our drinks took a while to get, waitress forgot our appetizer, when we asked about it she said she would put a rush on it (It came after our food). Our food had been sitting for a while before someone else brought it out because was all cold! We had no napkins or silverware, when she finally walked past and we asked for silverware she said they didn't have any! Management should be fired! The entire place is a shit show! My family eats in this restaurant on an average of twice a week. Usually, our servers are very kind but yesterday our server was anything but kind. My husband I ordered two beers. The server asked for our ID, which is fine but I had left mine in the car. Considering it was 21 degrees outside I opted to just order another beverage. Keep in my husband and I are well over 21 years old. When the server took my husband's ID the server didn't even look at it, they just picked it up and threw it back on the table. The server was obviously upset about something that had nothing to with us but we were getting the brunt of whatever they were upset about. When the server came back to get our order we told them that we didn't have any menus, they left and came with menus and literally just tossed them into the table as if we were an inconvenience to their day. It was at this time we decided that we were just going to leave. We tried to pay for the two non-alcoholic beverages that they brought when met by the floor manager. At this time, the server got very mouthy with my husband. My husband asked her what his birth year was on his ID and they just stormed away still mouthing. The manager mentioned that the server had to check ID's in which my husband said that is fine and we understood that; however the server's treatment of our family was not ok. The manager was not interested in any solutions like maybe sitting us in another section, they just said they would have a conversation with the server as our family walked out the door to have lunch at a different restaurant that was much more friendlier. I also want to add the restaurant was extremely dirty in the dinning area. The table we actually set at was not even wiped down. Just sat down and waiter rolled his eyes when I asked for a lid for my kid's cup, filled to the top with Mountain Dew. He's 6 yrs old. And attitude from waiter when I asked for napkins, he motioned to the two napkins I had grabbed from the next table where people had just left. Nasty attitudes, slow service, crappy waiter! Even with all the bad reviews my dad and I decided to try Buffalo Wild Wings. We thought it surely couldn't be that bad and we were both hungry and in need of a restroom after a long day on the road. Plus I was dying to try some cauliflower wings!! Well, spoiler, that didn't end up happening. We pull in to the parking lot and notice right away it was about a quarter of the way full. Not a good sign at five on a Saturday. We weigh our options and still go for it. We walk in and were sort-of greeted and taken to a dirty table in a relatively empty restaurant. We just couldn't do it. We left. My word of advice: Read the other reviews and skip the trip. Notice how old they are too, it's because no one even goes either! There was no hostess when we entered the building. Waited 10 minutes at the hostess stand with workers passing us and being completely ignored. Finally we just decided to choose a table and sit down. Once we chose a table for ourselves, the waitress took our orders. 2 of the 3 peoples food came out within 15 minutes, while the 3rd persons was forgotten about and came out 30 minutes later. The wings were about the size of a golf ball. Place was fairly busy but that's no excuse. Management of this establishment needs to do their job. Probably won't be back for a long time read more

Stopped here while we were traveling home from Florida to Wisconsin. We have eaten at many different Buffalo Wild Wings and always enjoyed the food but this restaurant was disappointing. After ordering, they started bringing out the meals one at a time...my husband got his meal first, then 5-6 minutes later I got mine, a few minutes later my daughter's got their food. About 10 minutes later, my son got his food. It was very strange. We came to the restaurant together and eat together. I'm not sure if they do this all the time but people want to eat together so wait until everyone's food is ready and bring it out at the same time. read more

9 hour drive to Kentucky, 8 hours at a field site, driving toward hotel and Buffalo Wild Wings is the only open option besides fast food. I seat myself. It takes 5 minutes for a table touch. That doesn't seem like a super long time, but I sat at a table immediately off of the bar and the bartendress walked by multiple times and wouldn't make eye contact. Another five minutes for the server to come back for a drink order. Five to eight minutes to get the beer on which the head had died. No water. I order a Nashville hot chicken sandwich. Food comes out in a regular amount of time. It looks like they sent out a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. It's not dipped like a nashville hot should be. I'm on my lap top, continuing to work 17-some hours into the day, so I look up a Buffalo Wild Wings website photo of their version of the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It's dipped. Doesn't look like the one set at my table. 10 minutes go by. The server brings the water. I ask about the sandwich. She immediately says, "Ah, yeah, they used the hot sauce but made it wrong..." She takes it to the kitchen. She's back a few minutes later and points out that they sandwich has all of the same ingredients. I look at her. I aIt arrives and I said, "Yeah, I thought these sandwiches were dipped?" She said, "No, we don't do that here. Sorry." So, either this location is special or the kitchen sent out an incorrect order and told her that they weren't going to refire it. Again, now 18 hours into my work day, I say, "Whatever." and eat the sandwich, not having the time or energy to protest further. Fifteen minutes go by. I get another table touch so I request the check. The check comes and I tip 21 %. It's not deserved, but it's less than $5 and and it's probably not her fault. As I'm packing up, the table next to me has their food delivered, the food runner nudges me repeatedly in the shoulder with the tray of food. This table ordered Nashville Hot wings and they're dipped... Oh well, why should I expect nice things from a Buffalo Wild Wings after 10:00 on a Tuesday in Kentucky? Management should be ashamed of staffing levels given the volume of business. Despite probably being forced to perform field work in this area again in the future, I will not be eating here again. I feel like a bit of an idiot for reviewing a BWW. . .but it is what it is. I don't even watch sports! Very close to my hotel, good beer selection and decent food/service. What's not to like?! No, it's not the Anchor Bar in Buffalo or a historic restaurant downtown, however they are doing a good job at providing good brews and menu items for the weary traveler. The server even called me "brother" in that cool Southern way. "Happy Hour" specials on appetizers, family friendly, local (or semi-local for Paducah) offerings on tap. . . .and free WIFI to accommodate this review. Approved.
