#4 A pretty good grab and go pizza place. The location is very easy to spot and has a nice amount of parking outfront. I usually order online and go to pick it up and the staff that is working is always friendly and welcoming! Marco's Pizza is always super clean and well wiped down. The lighting is very nice without being bright and the seating is spaced out nicely to sit and wait without being on top of other people. Pricing is reasonable and they have some great deals like a large pizza, cheese bread and cinnamon dessert for only $20. The pizza is very tasty however the sauce is a little sweet for me. The crust is crispy and perfect on my opinion! I love the flavor of the cheese as well! The cheese bread sticks are good however not much flavor going on for them without the dipping sauce it comes with. Not Recommended. We usually have an upset stomach after having pizza from this location, so we stopped going. Decided to try again and my family now has severe food poisoning. Suspected it's from here, since it's the same thing we all ate in the days leading up to the food poisoning. My main concern is my two year old, who is having a really rough time. Have always loved Marcos but now I love it even more. This thin crust old world pepperoni pizza with all of the crust toppings is so so so good. It's the perfect size to share and basically eat it all between two people lol. But since there's not so much dough it doesn't leave you feeling super heavy. This specific location is 2 minutes away from our home which is really convenient. I called it in and the employee was super friendly also a very clean location as we did carry out. They are correctly including this pizza in their one topping pizza for less than $7 with the thin crust it's a $1 up charge and TOTALLY WORTH IT. read more

Like get quoted 40 minutes but your pizza actually takes 90 minutes backed up. They told me that on weekends you should order online for a specific time. Since we got in to the store the manager is checking everything and saying hi to everyone was so nice, the salon is very clean and the only thing I take out one star is because the waiting time is too long to a simple small pizza with only cheese and bacon !! Tried the new Marco's pizza Lake Nona. Terrible service. Took almost 1.5 hours to receive my order. Then I was told my CC payment could be taken by the driver only to discover they don't carry a CC machine so driver had to call in payment. When he calls to pay they put him on hold !!!! When they took his call finally the person didn't know how to run my payment.. had to get someone else to help. Took so long to get order pizza cold and crust had none of the flavors we ordered. We stopped in for lunch after an appointment in that part of town. The medium size was just right, and the pizza tasted terrific (ingredients fresh). While it isn't New York or Boston pizza, it is better than we have in our part of town. The cashier, who also made the pizza, was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and that he was glad we were there. We will definitely go back when in that part of Orlando! Went to grand opening and great experience and staff. Well organized and great tasting pizza. 3 days later I tired to call in and order a pizza over the phone and on hold for 4 minutes at 745pm with no end in sight and hung up. I drove by restaurant in route to another establishment and saw it was busy inside. It appears they are having some start up pains perhaps in staffing. Marco's Pizza keeps sending all of these coupons and so finally I caved. My friend and I did their 2 medium pizza deal online. He picked a sausage pizza and I got the pineapple with sausage deal. Even though the website gave us an estimated time for when our pizza would be ready, by the time we arrived.. 5 minutes after this estimated time.. our pizzas still weren't ready! We ended up waiting 10 minutes or so, which is slightly annoying. I would much prefer it if the pizzas were ready right at the estimated time, but 15 minutes isn't terrible. The pizzas though.. what utter disappointment. My friend asked for 1 topping... sausage... and wow, he got like 5 pieces total! It just made his pizza look so sad. My pizza was okay, it was very oily. I know pizzas aren't the healthiest food options and having lots of oil is to be expected, but the amount of grease on this pizza... was atypical! Disappointed. They were supposed to deliver at 11 , spoke with an employee 2 days ago before the delivery. She confirmed it shouldn't be a problem since they have people starting earlier . I made it clear to her that lunch is 11-11:30. This delivery was supposed to be for my child's 7th birthday event for 17 1st graders at laureate park Elementary. Needless to say, delivery came at 11:19, kids ate but I felt sorry that they had to eat quick . Every order I have placed at this location has had some type of problem. Delivery issues, even though only one mile from the store, two hours to get a pizza, even though the online estimate was 30 minutes, and wrong toppings, even though ordered online and was printed correctly on order ticket. This place is horrible and the manager William Is nasty. When I tried to explain to him I ordered over an hour and half ago still no pizza and wings!! His excuse was he couldn't locate his driver because the GPS was slow. I would rather order from one of their compensation then to deal with they inconsistency and lies!!
