If you like the garlic butter cups that you can get at Papa John's will guess what you can get them at Marcos to with a lot of other options and stuff to choose from the menu is great they have an online ordering and loyalty points just like Papa John's however you can use the coupon codes over and over again. Pizza is ok; however, delivery takes a very, very long time. You can track your order while they are baking your pizza and know exactly when the driver leaves the pizza place. We live two minutes away and three minutes away if you wait for the red light at the intersection. The drivers like to take the longest and slowest way possible. You can watch the site from the time it states the driver is on the way with your pizza. Why does it always take 20 to 25 minutes from that point when we live two minutes away? The drivers seem to have great difficulty with easy addresses. If you have a difficult address and live farther away you will be waiting a very, very long time. If you call to complain about not getting any salad dressing and that the driver took 20 extra minutes to deliver the manager will call you back to yell at you and give you a lecture about why you should not complain. Duh, people will complain only if there is a problem. read more

Marcos is my new go-to for pizza night! I used to get The Pie because it was the only decent pizza place that delivers in my neighborhood. We like The Pie but it's a little spendy and the Pizza Hut on 900 E. is absolutely disgusting! Marcos is fantastic! Try the Pepperoni Magnifico and the White Cheezy! Sooo good! read more

I tried this yesterday for the first time and was impressed, I got the pepperoni magnifico and cheezy bread, both tasted fresh, crust is awesome, seasonings are awesome, it's even good reheated which is always important to me, delivery was fast as well. I would still rank The Pie higher but that is preference, and marcos was way better than dominos and papa johns. Will definitely try again. read more

I do like Marco's, but they really failed me today. I live down the street from the Layton, UT store. I decided to get delivery because I have toddlers who need a lot of attention and delivery is so much easier. Anyway, I went online and before placing the order I attempted to use a coupon code that I got in the mail. It gave me an error and asked me to call, which I did. The rep was nice on the phone and was helpful. She gave me another code to use and hung up (without saying goodbye but I figured they were busy that night and didn't hold it against her). I used the coupon code and while it did give me some money back, it was only a fraction of what I would have gotten with the actual code I was trying to use. I decide to overlook this. I place the order and am given an estimated time of delivery. Mind you, I do live down the street and can almost see the store from my garage. The order was nearly 20 mins later than expected and my toddlers are now screaming at me. I calm them down and we begin eating. I notice that we have received none of our extra dipping sauces or sides, which we ordered a few. Agitated at this point, I call the store again to let them know and attempt to at least get my money back. The rep this time seemed flustered and after taking my info, let me know that they would redeliver the stuff and not refund. He then hung up also without a call closure. It's been over an hour now and I've lost patience with my favorite pizza place. I'd rather order from someone else who is cheaper and further away just because I know the service and delivery will meet the transactional contract, instead of what I experienced today. If I were the franchise owner of this store, this would be pretty disappointing. Good luck Marco's, I hope others don't deal with what I did today. read more

I ate at the riverton store and was visiting a friend in Murray we decided to order pizza and I suggested we dine in. We arrived and the store was busy however we where greeted as we entered. We talked with a nice guy named John he was the same guy from the riverton location it was so nice to see a friendly face. My friends had never eaten here before. And they loved it. They are even opening a store in West Jordan this month I am so excited. I will defiantly be over there to try the new location!! read more

What made my visit so memorable is the music, I thought it was so cool the food was great I had the lunch special and it was less than 10 bucks...I loved the Italian music.....some of it was so funny. I liked it a lot. read more

My husband and I came here as a last resort after calling 2 pizza huts and they told us they "ran out of pizza" I'm so glad we did. We go to Marcos every time we want pizza now! Much better than Pizza Hut. So delicious!! read more

The pizza order was not actually tracked, The staff did not recognize their own phone number at first, and did not have a graceful way of handling the miss placed order. After discovering there was a mistake made, no meaningful offer was made to make up for the situation. read more

The pizza was really great. The staff however, including the owner of this place was less than ideal. We had wanted to eat inside, but felt unwelcome. The owner acted like it was a terrible disposition to serve us and get us a couple of forks because they were out. If the owner is reading this, work on your customer service a little bit more... don't treat us like your doing us a favor. read more

I eat out several times per week, but this is first time I've been mad enough to write a review. I ordered my pizza online and was given a "ready" time of 6:18. I purposefully chose this establishment because it has a drive through pick up window, as I have kids--5,3, and newborn. I arrived about 5 minutes early and there were two cars ahead of us. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes in line. So long that the car directly in front of me had someone get out and go inside to get their pizza. I was just about to give up and leave when both cars left. My daughter really wanted pizza and it was now my turn so I stayed--big mistake!! I was at the window waiting for ten minutes and the worker was standing next to me the entire time and NEVER even acknowledged my presence. She was too busy answering the phone and taking MORE orders. I saw her hang up the phone several times while I was sitting there. By the way, the window is huge so there is no way she couldn't see me. I had to CALL them on my cell phone to get her to look at me and open the window. I assumed after waiting soooo long my pizza would ready and possibly getting cold. She said she would check on it. She came back and said it was coming out of the oven, so I paid her. By this time my baby was crying because I had expected to be home to feed him ages before. I waited another 10 minutes and had to call again to get anyone's attention. I finally got my pizza a full 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. This is hands down the worst service I have ever received. I am a VERY patient patron, if I'm acknowledged and not lied to. Countless workers passed by the window while I was waiting without making eye contact. It was ridiculous. I felt like I was on Boiling Point. Never did anyone apologize or offer me a coupon or anything to entice me to return in the future. If the owner/management reads this: let me give you a tip on how to make and keep customers happy and coming back. ACKNOWLEDGE PEOPLE!! I always tell my husband I can wait forever in a restaurant as long as I have something to drink and don't feel like they forgot about me. The worker should have opened the window or at least given me a "just a sec" gesture immediately. If she had been honest and told me they hadn't even started my pizza I could have chosen to either wait or come back another time. Goodness! I could have parked and fed my baby while I waiting had she not given me the run around. The pizza was ok. That doesn't matter to me, it was for the kids--they aren't picky. If I want good pizza I'll go to Este. I was so excited for this to be our weekly "go to pizza place" and I wouldn't have to lug the kids inside. So sad. read more

Horrific service!!! We waited 53 minutes for our pizza, which had a human hair on it. When I asked for some kind of compensation from the manager, he was very rude and waved me off. Not even an "I'm sorry". We also couldn't get any help for a box for leftovers. read more

just went to the new Marcos Pizza in West Jordan, Ut. Not impressed. I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza. When it came out of the oven, the young man cutting pizzas brought to attention of the 2 adult managers there that the toppings were very light. They hushed him up and had him box the pizza really quick. $15.49 for the same size pizza that I can get at Little Ceasars across the street for half the price, with more toppings. Papa Murphy's in the same shopping center has double the toppings Marco's has for the same price. You're going to have to do better than that. read more
