My husband was told it was still being made and they would bring it right out and he could wait in the car. Waited 10-15 mins watching the guy talking with the female employees up front. Husband finally went in and the guy grabs it off the warmer hands it to him and says aww man I forgot. Tried to leave feedback on the website but all it does is prompt you to order. so me & my boyfriend decided we wanted a pizza, i told him someone that isn't about to close but he choose Marcos anyways, when though they closed in about 30 minutes, i work in food so i understand getting an order before close isn't fun. i immediately called & headed over there because personally i would've felt like a hypocrite if i did this. we got there went inside & my card only had a few cents off the total amount which is was willing to use some of my cash but they took some off the total so i could have one payment option! which i know they probably already counted their drawer but still to get some discount off even thought they could've thought i was just broke but still some sort of discount even thought you did they most rudest thing, the guy ok the phone when he took our order, he said if we got the cinnamon squares it would be about the same price so i said ya, super sweet on the phone. they were so sweet i wish i got their names to out in this review but it was about 30 minutes before close on 7/22/24 & honestly i have never been inside. but i am never the type of person to make reviews but OMG they were the sweetest people even tho they couldve had a long day had something person i spent 19$ & i tipped them 10$ & some change. i will definitely go back wish there was a 10/5 rating, will DEFINITELY go back read more

My wife and I have lived in Moore for several years and pass by this location frequently. Recently we decided to give it a try. We used a coupon code and each of us ordered our own pizza with our favorite toppings. The only thing the same between her pizza and mine was cheese and sauce, the toppings were all different. We received our pizzas quickly (delivery) and dug into them. We both enjoyed the taste while chewing but noticed a faint unpleasant aftertaste between bites. We each had 2 slices from our own pizzas and then put them away for later. Maybe 2 hours later we both began to experience stomach cramping and eventually diarrhea that lasted for about 24 hours. I don't know if the cheese or the sauce was expired or contaminated or maybe something was wrong with the crust. We both agreed that there are better...and maybe safer...pizza options in Moore and probably will not order from here again. read more

A few days ago, we had our first pizza at Marco's and it was delicious. We got a large meatball pizza for under $12. I have no idea why anyone would say that this place is too expensive. The quality of food served is excellent. The interior is well decorated and very comfortable. The outside of the building is not much to look at but don't let that stop you from going inside and trying it! They have coupons. I would give 3.5 stars, but can't. I've been going to this location for the past two years or so. When I first tried this location, I loved it!!! The price is very fair for an extra large two topping pizza, and the pizza has great flavor, and the staff is always very nice!! The only reason I'm not giving this place a 5 star review is that it seems like they are letting the quality of their pizza slip. The past 4 times my family got pizza from here there have been large air bubbles in the dough and less toppings on them. They also updated their pizza boxes, and they just don't want to stay closed. Do dispensaries deliver now? Because on Sunday, my family could have sworn we ordered a pizza but when the driver walked up to our door, they smelled of pure marijuana. The driver was so incredibly beyond stoned. The smell radiating off of the driver, the pizza box, our entire front patio...I could have sworn it was actively burning right there. I really, honestly could care less if people smoke, but there is a time and place...and this is completely unprofessional. Especially when I am paying for a service involving food. I don't think anyone really wants to eat a weed saturated pizza with grandparents and grandkids present on a Sunday night after Church. My husband debating calling in about the driver but ultimately we decided it was the right thing to do, as we have seen from first hand experience what driving under the influence can do and how it can affect other innocent people on the road. First, he spoke with the cashier and then the manager-who did not seem too concerned which leads me to believe this is regular behavior for this particular driver. It would have been nice to know that this situation was going to be handled appropriately, however, he seemed to just brush it off, apologized and that was that. We have been loyal Marcos customers for years, we always love the pizza, which was accurate and delicious, as always. It is just very off putting to order pizza and have this type of experience on our own front porch. My daughter usually likes to come talk to the drivers and luckily she was distracted with something else during this experience. Lastly, what you do during your own, personal time is fine but when you are working for and advertising for a business while being completely stoned out of your mind, out on the road impaired...not cool. I have never heard of this place. It's in the old 7-11 building and opened up while I was out of town. We wanted something quick and effortless to hold us over while we were running around town. I saw they had a pizza-by-the-slice lunch deal, so I thought - why not? Apparently, this deal is over promptly at 1 o'clock. As in -- you walk in at 1:03, and you're out of luck. No big deal, I order a large pizza. The pizza is great. The crust was good...just the right amount of sauce...plenty of cheese...great fresh toppings. What's there not to like? Worst experience ever! I ordered thru the app, chose curbside pick up. I set my pick up time for an hour later realizing that it is a Friday night. I arrived at 7:19, my pick up time was 7:20. I waited until 7:38. People were pulling up walking in and getting their orders in less than 5 minutes. No one came out to tell me anything. I finally left without my order. I walked in and the girl at the front desk was on her phone. She looked up saw me and said "someone will be with you" looked back at her phone, then walked off. The manager helped me after he got off the business phone. I ordered a large sausage and bacon pizza. I checked my pizza and there was one piece of sausage on each piece of pizza and some bacon. I asked the manager why there was no sausage. He said " since I have taken over this store I make them weigh out all the meats." I said okay? So this is all the sausage I get? He said I'll talk to them about it. It wasn't worth my time to try to get more sausage or bacon on my pizza, because obviously his food cost/bottom line is more important than a customer that will not be returning. Even if you live right next to this Marcos on Eastern it's worth it to go the the Marcos on Penn. The pizza is still good here however they have like 20 employees in the back and their still incredibly slow. The front staff needs some lessons on hospitality. It's ridiculous how long you will wait and if you ever want your pizza you will have to remind them that you have been waiting for 30 minutes. Take the trip across town to the Penn location it's so much better! read more

This was my first time eating pizza from this restaurant. The pizza was by far the best chain restaurant pizza I have had. The store front for this location made it seem as if the place good be questionable, but the inside was very nice from what I was expecting. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They all did the "welcome to Marco's" chant which was fun and then the guy working up front was awesome. I really appreciated that he opened the boxes for me to view the pies before I took them. Everything go well, by time I arrive pick up my pizza one of person worker came out ask my name and come back in, about 4min go by he come out ask my name again and my phone number on my order and what kind a pizza I was order. And I ask him what happened, you guy didn't make my pizza when I place a order earlier, he said yes.! And I ask who was the person on the phone take a order, it's since like they are denying no one except my order when I call. Okay....than one of the worker said we can retake your order again will I have time to wait an other 15min... in my head I was think omg is more than 45min already and when I waited some more time here my kids and family at home wonder why it taking so damn long time more 1hrs already but not home yet.! Ordered two pizzas on October 26th 2020, one large deluxe with no mushrooms substitute black olives instead. And the other a white cheesy with no tomatoes or white onion, with steak, chicken and red onion added. Both pizzas with garlic butter crust, and romasean crust. Upon delivery to our house I saw that the white cheesy pizza was wrong. They delivered a normal white cheesy and neither pizza had any crust toppers. I call in and ask to speak with the manager and a Eric answers the phone. I explain the situation to him and he apologizes and offers to remake the pizza and bring it back out to me. When that pizza is delivered, it is still wrong. It had the steak, chicken and red onion on it and looked as if it had been burned intentionally. Also it had no feta cheese that was supposed to be on it. And it didn't have the crust toppers either, or the dipping sauces it was supposed to have. It's pretty ridiculous when the way I ordered it is on the receipt, and they can't seem to get it right not just once, but TWICE. I work 1.7 miles from the Moore Marco's Pizza. Never eaten their pizza before. I needed to feed my team of employee's and called to place a large order. Between the guy on the phone and the manager he was talking to, it was if I was dealing with the main characters in the movie "Dumb & Dumber". They would not let me place my order because I was "out of their delivery range". I explained that I was less than 2 miles from their location and asked if they delivered within a 2 mile radius? They said yes they did. I heard them having a lengthy conversation regarding where my business was located and the guy comes back on and again tells me he thinks I am not in their range and cannot order from them. No problem, I called up Papa John's and they had someone with a brain answering their phone and were able to take my order and deliver it even quicker than they promised. Not sure how Marco's has such a high rating on here. From my perspective their customer service was beyond horrible. I get a call at 11:46 from them stating my pizza is going to be late because they got behind. How do you get behind when I ordered right when you open???
