Regarding the Manager in Irmo South Carolina 803-764-1696. Though i was not happy i once did not ridicule or belittle the manager who asked if i was drunk? I dont drink and thats VERY insulting i only challenged policy... Manager could not clearly indicate or guarantee that he told the uber eats delivery driver to get the drinks out of the cooler. I asked if this is their documented procedure and policy pertaining to this manner or is there a sign or anything posted stating this for delivery pick ups. When you place an order dont you expect the restaurant to PREP the ENTIRE order? So it foes both ways no clear concise policy of communication and procedures and uber eats not checking. When I asked what type of cheese they use, his response was, "Pizza cheese." Not a helpful answer. He went back and found the three cheese blend. I'm sorry but Marco's is getting too greedy for their own good. I ordered a large pizza, grilled chicken and Italian sausage, and entered the coupon code. Their delivery charge is $5.00 now, and I know they're NOT paying their drivers enough to justify that kind of charge. After entering the coupon code, I got the message that I need to order more food because they won't deliver less than a $15.00 order. So now Marco's won't have to deliver to me again, because I'm done with them. They have just lost 2 very regular customers because they're so greedy. read more

Turns out I'm a huge fan of Marcos pizza! I did a custom pizza with spinach, mushrooms, chicken, and bacon. The chicken was real slices of chicken, that I loved! The mushrooms were large! The crust was chewy, just the way I liked it. We also ordered cheesy bread and cinnamon bread! cheesy bread was cheesy and soft. The cinnamon bread was okay, the icing wasn't melted and I didn't find the cinnamon sticks that impressive. Pizza was very impressive! read more

I'm so upset about my interaction with Marcos Pizza on Lake Murray Blvd right now. I called to place an order. They have a promo currently showing online and I have a couple good through July for the same deal. They refused to take either and will not honor the promo for either. Apparently they just want to draw people in with these deals and then hope you'll just pay full price once they've taken your order. When I called back to get the names of who I spoke to they put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Can't tell you if the food was any good because I'll never eat here. read more

Ok. I've lived in FL for the last 11 years. And this Marco's pizza made me realize I've been missing out on incredible quality pizza for the last 11 years at least!! I can't remember the last time I had pizza that was so incredibly delicious I craved it 3 nights in a row. And while I care about my health more than my cravings, I came back on the forth day!! The people are extremely friendly, the pizza is delicious, the crust tastes like bread sticks!! That's dang good pizza if you ask me!!! And the fact you can triple your pineapple?? This location just opened in Irmo and we ordered while decorating for Christmas to give it a try. The pizza was oh so good! Thin crust is awesome. The custom options are great. The salads are wonderful. I have never had custom salad options from a pizza delivery and I love it! The price was reasonable even though I tossed the coupons when I was cleaning and delivery was very fast and friendly. Two days later we decided to try the antipasta salad and Italian sub. I had it delivered on my way home from work. My husband called before I made it home to ask me to pick up two more sandwiches. He and a friend had already devoured that order! I was told, 'it's gone, but you have to try it and get something different to add to the order too!' I think it's safe to say we are sold! read more

I ordered delivery from this location and it being my first time eating Marcos pizza I had high expectations because I've heard such good things about the food. The food was just okay and I ended up only getting half my Order in the delivery while trying to feed children! They didn't even have a good solution to try to fix the problem but instead wanted to argue with me that I need to pay for another pie to be delivered and wait another hour for it when I already asked for in the first place. We are not from the area and stopping overnight at a hotel. since we have our dog w/us, we did not want to go out for dinner and found a pizza place that delivered to our hotel. we thought it would take 45 minutes for delivery and that i had time to take the pup out for a walk...as i open the door, the delivery guy is standing there w/our cheese pizza and greek salad! maybe was only a 1/2 hr!! so delivery was great, we ordered online. my only issue was that the greek salad, although good, had black olives and not kalamata olives - the way a greek salad should be (or at least where i'm from). but food was good and delivery guy was nice and service was quick! read more
