I hadn't really heard anything about this place when I decided to try it. It's actually pretty good for a chain pizza joint. I haven't tried anything other than the pizza yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I just got a recommendation on the steak & cheese sub. Usually I order a red pizza with old world pepperoni and garlic crust, and a white pizza with banana peppers and Italian sausage. I do ask for extra sauce on both, and balance it out by requesting they be cooked "well done." Haven't been disappointed with that formula yet. read more

You ever see commercials for a chain restaurant that you always wanted to try but is no where around where you live? Like it's teasing you and giving you false hope. Because, unless you were to take a special trip to find one, you will not be having it anytime soon. That's Marco's for me, among a few other, but Marco's is literally the one that pops up all the time, but is not around me. If I am being honest, this was a bit of a special trip for me, especially since I knew I could be tasting some of that pizza soon. I followed GPS here and thought I was at the wrong place at first. Because when I did so, I pulled up to what was once a Family Video store. Marco's took up a portion of the store. I had used the app prior to coming here to order ahead of time, that would equate to less time waiting and I could finally have that pizza in my hands. I walked inside and it is a rather small place. Mostly looking like a carry out establishment. There were a few tables, so I assume some may want to order in and eat here. When I showed up, my order wasn't quite ready and I did have a little bit of a wait. There was one other customer in with me who appeared to be a walk in customer. Watching this happen Marco's is a little like Little Caesar's. You walk in, order and have a quick pizza delivered to your hands. My pizza was finally done and I happily exited the store to my car and opened that box to a bit of disappointment. See, when I ordered I went with the pepperoni pizza. On their commercials it appears that the pepperoni form those little cups that capture the pepperoni grease. I know it's not good for you, but I just wanted to try it. All I ended up getting was a regular cheese pizza. Even though I was disappointed that didn't stop me from eating that pizza. It wasn't bad, kind of on par with the other chain pizza restaurants. For those that did not have the chance to try Marco's yet, it is a square-ish pizza rather than round. The amount of cheese on the pizza was impressive and, if they were around me, would probably be a favorite for a quick meal on some nights. Did it live up to my expectations? I order Marcos a lot. I used to love their subs. The last time I ordered they cooked the lettuce on the sub. Usually it comes on the side and is fresh, crispy romaine. Not only was it hot and gross but it was also brown and rotting. Who grabs lettuce to use that looks like that is beyond me. This time when I ordered I got a pizza and a salad. Hoping the lettuce from last time was a fluke. My pizza was as good as Marcos pizza gets. My lettuce was clear, brown, slimy, wilted and otherwise disgustingly pathetic looking. Not sure what is going on but to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. read more

Ordered a pizza and it was good. But they could have let me know when they dropped it off at my hotel room.

Watch out because this location is very business unfriendly and will not honor time orders. I ordered in advance for my lunch break. Had I known that they could not honor a time order, I would have ordered my food elsewhere for my lunch break. Instead they call me at 4:02pm for a time order scheduled for delivery at 4:30 pm.... Making excuses about how they were backed up on orders... I don't care, if you cannot meet obligations on a time order, you should let someone know about this ahead of time so they can make alternative arrangements. This WILL be my LAST time ordering from Marco's, especially since the service has declined severely in the last 6-8 months. read more

We Have been meaning to swing by Marcos. We had just went to little Caesars, so this was dangerous and possibly a pizza overkill. When I walked in it was more spacious and roomier than I had thought. They had good staffing and the cashier was friendly and smiling. We got 15 chicken snackers, we also chose buffalo sauce as our dipping option. We also got a speciality pizza that was good. The ingredients were also fresh, the only downside was then lack of cheese for the price we paid. We spent 28 dollars for the pizza and chicken pieces. I thought the chicken was good and had a hint of pepper. The pizza was fresh and the toppings were good. More cheese would have helped. Willing to go back but only armed with coupons. The price was so high it would Have to have been mind blowing. read more

Second time this week and they are on the money! Delivery was good timing and the service was EXCELLENT! The pizza (pepperoni and supreme) was phenomenal. I love a fluffy, fresh tasting crust, stretchy cheese and fresh toppings. Even the salad was delish! (Homemade garlicky croutons, fresh lettuce). The wings are also great. Barbecue and plain (to dip in their cool sauces like jalapeño ranch and buffalo).cant wait to order again and I am not even finished with my plate! It had been a long weekend after attending a funeral out of town. It was memorial weekend. We had been driving for hours and just wanted a nice dinner. Well everything was closed, so we decided to just get pizza and bring it back. I'm not sure of the two boys' names that were working their butts off, but everything was delicious and fresh! Not a single wilted piece of lettuce in my salad, thin crust pizza was still crispy when we got back to the hotel and cheese breadsticks were delicious too.
