Luigi's Pizza: A Slice of Perfection Every Time…read more I've had Luigi's Pizza several times now, and every single time it's been absolutely fantastic. From the moment you take that first bite, you know you're in for something special. The sauce is rich and flavorful, the cheese is perfectly melted and balanced, the toppings are always fresh and generous, and the crust--oh, the crust--is just the right mix of crispy and chewy. Luigi's doesn't just make pizza--they craft it. Consistency is key, and they nail it every time. If you're looking for a pizza place that never disappoints, Luigi's is it!

We completely fell in love with this place after stumbling upon it, and the environment is amazing…read more We've visited at least three times now, most recently bringing our family along to share the experience. The food is fantastic, and the wine is so perfect that we have genuinely been considering becoming wine club members. Unfortunately, our last visit really gave us pause. We encountered an employee who had a horrible attitude, and the way she spoke to customers was incredibly negative and off-putting. We would love to keep coming back--and we want to join the club--but this experience left us doubting if we will return. I am leaving this review in hopes that management addresses this so one employee's bad attitude doesn't ruin the otherwise stellar reputation and service of this wonderful winery.

B U T ! we ordered the pizzas , paid for them and was told after paying " its gonna be about an hour " what the actual fk ? SO , you think maybe that's information people need to know BEFORE THEY COMMIT TO PAYING ! ? I will update this review on the pizza qaulity later but right now I could get a pizza from the grocery store , put it in the oven and have it done before this is out of the oven . SO LET'S SEE : YOUR MODIS OPERANDI IS TO TELL THE CUST'S THAT ITS GONNA BE AN HOUR AFTER THEY PAY ? Well I think thats a fine stategy if you want to insure bad reviews and lots of P.O' d customers . Yea take my money first before you disappoint and drop the bad news . Its like buying pizza from a used car dealer. So the parking is garbage , you can't get a good spot unless you park very far away , the waiting area is claustrophobic , and the seating is worse than church pews and probably the equivalent to a prison bus. Overall experience : awful. Update : tried the pizza and thIs tiny - thumbalina sized - bland AF - butter garlic crust ? Get tf outa here ! We ordered the big pig pizza, Italian sub, Chicken Alfredo, house salad and Cesar salad for dinner and one of each deserts.... The pizza- great flavor on all toppings, crust and sauce. Suggestion- not enough sauce and could've been cooked a smidge longer. I'm ok with blistered crust and mild char on the bottom. 1-5 I'd give the pizza a 4. A tad more sauce (great sauce) and another minute in the oven! The Italian Sammy....dang good! One of the better ones I've had. I will order it again on next visit. The Alfredo was fresh, creamy, chicken was great, asparagus perfect. Nicely done. The salads were both fantastic. My wife had the house with house dressing and loved it. I shared a Cesar which I'm not usually a fan of but I LOVED this one! The desert- hello blueberry cheesecake shut the front door Becky get in my belly!! The lemon cake- money! Cannolis- delicious- Tiramisu - great! BRING BACK THE ITALIAN CREAM PLEASE!!! Cool little joint inside and out! Great vibe, fun staff and great food! It's a keeper for Celina!

Today I ordered online specifically to avoid a long wait, yet my order went well past the pickup time while I kept being told it was coming. After waiting longer than I was willing to, I asked for a refund. Even that became another process of waiting, repeating myself, and then having to ask for a receipt. There was no apology or acknowledgment from management for the delay or inconvenience. What bothers me most is that this is not an isolated experience. I frequently feel ignored or poorly acknowledged here while watching other customers receive much smoother service. As a Black customer, the repeated pattern makes me question whether bias may be contributing to how I'm treated. At this point, the convenience is no longer worth the frustration. I won't be returning.
