This manager Kim hires majority of black kids to work the winter hours delivering pizza to some of her racist customers who has been calling them niggers, black monkeys, incompetent, and other hurtful names.. several of the drivers has crashed their cars on the side streets of these icy roads, just to get fired later because Kim their manager feels as though they can't do their jobs properly when she is not out there making these deliveries running in the snow running in the freezing cold with food trying to satisfy these unhappy ass customers. What I would like to know is why haven't she taking the time to do the job herself.. Kim isnt out their being disrespected by the custpmers and then have to come in to be disrespected by her. SHE isn't doing the deliveries when weather is unconditional or nonpermissible for anyone to go out there, yet she still requested drivers to work majority are African American teenage boys. Now that the weather has cleared up she's firing these kids to hire a whole different crew and she has no respect whatsoever for any of these children that risked their lives with some of these racist customers who can be at times unpredictable in behavior as well as the remarks that comes out of mouths. She asked them to come in earlier then their work shifts or off days just to be mistreated. On several occasions I have asked my son to quit that job and he said no because he wanted to help out and that he can deal with . told him that is not the type of things you want to deal with . And you will work just to get fired later because management is unpredictable and immature. Now that these children has gotten the job done throughout the hardest times and unconditioned weather they are being fired how convenient. Because no one wants to work for the company she's very unappreciative and I pray to God she die. I know that sounds harsh but she did not care when my son was out there risking his life so why should I . Because if you don't care about someone else's child why should someone else care about you. In reality I truly don't feel that way but what if I did. Who would even care. This is not the type of company that people should be treated like s*** but you want them to give exceptional services. My child on several occasions almost lost his life trying to satisfy this company delivering pizza and yet and still this lady Kim at the Bedford location in Ohio has disrespected majority of the African American Crew has been treating the white crew a lot Pleasant and none of the white children that works there are getting fired or replaced. And did I mention she's firing them because they may be one or two minutes late. But the real question is who fires Kim when she's late 10 15 20 minutes because life happens unexpectedly and her life just like it happens and everyone else's. So what do everyone get oh I apologize for being late but since I'm your manager I don't get fired it doesn't work like that things come up and everyone's lives..take that into consideration read more
