The real Detroit Style Pizza! We like our Pizza, Deep Dish and well done. The edges get crispy and the rest is never doughy. The toppings are always generous. YummY Not a round pizza, so triangle pieces ever. read more

Tried their Detroit deep dish. Not impressed. Hardly any ingredients. Skimps on the cheese. Would not recommend. Compare my pics to their stock pics. read more

Pizza was good. It eas typical Jets pizza, especially the pepperoni. I thought the buffalo chicken pizza was salty.

Ordered two small round pizzas, delivery was fast however I could swear it was Digiorno that was delivered. Each lacked an amount of toppings expected for the price but the dough was like cardboard. Terrible taste and for $48 plus tip will Never go back to this place. Dominos is even better! read more

Delivered my order missing half the ingredients, forgot to refund, called back two weeks later, they lied and said it was processed on 1/19 but did not get processed until 2/3. read more

Warning! Don't order the thin crust! Terrible! Might have been better had they put the toppings on the box it came in.

The absolute BEST PIZZA AROUND! Thick, toasty crust (4 square or 8 square are my family's favorites) covered in melted, cheese. This is by far our favorite spot for pizza! Prices are great, delivery is fast, taste is one of a kind! Do yourself a favor and grab some jets pizza ASAP! You won't be sorry!! read more

7878 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134. All restaurants can have a bad day. We ordered a pizza on Sunday for delivery. Called a couple of times to check on it after 30 min. Never came. The next day the manager said we never came in to pick it up. We order weekly. Never pick up. He offered to charge us full price for a replacement. Refused to credit the account. We love the pizza. We wanted to smooth things over but we're brushed off. read more

I read the reviews and I've never tried the thin crust. The thick detroit style 8 cut pizza is great. Its a bit on the greasy size but its loaded with cheese and it has great flavor. I usually order extra garlic sticks because everyone loves the crust. The service is always prompt and friendly. I don't know if they do delivery, I've always picked up. The place is clean, the food is consistent. Its a pizza that everyone has liked for get together's so for the price its my closest go to. read more

Order a thin crust greek pizza for take out. Terrible product. Pizza was dried out and tasteless. Upon calling to complain, was told thin crust pizza has a tendency to be dry. Why knowingly sell a product you know is inferior? read more

I like Jets, the crust is crunchy but very soft on the inside, I would describe it as luscious!

Bought pizza for the office today. Chose to try this one based on fellow yelp reviews. Walked in and was immediately impressed on the overall cleanliness from floor to ceiling. I was greeted promptly and she greeted me with a smile! I ordered what the office requested which was a Ranch sauce based pizza instead of the traditional red sauce. Great choice as I couldn't believe how good it was. The crust is usually where I'm let down but this was cooked perfectly and still crispy back at the office. Great service, friendly staff, clean space and great food - you can't go wrong! Easy to find and plenty of parking. read more

Very disappointing website! This is not the first time I have had an issue ordering online. When I go to checkout I get the "something went wrong" screen! My card was charged and the order was never placed. What is the point of having online ordering if there are always issues? I guess it will be a while before I place an order with Jets! read more

I called them multiple times and no one answered the phone. And shows why no one goes there. Extremely disappointed in a pizza place. If you want high quality pizza go to papa johns. read more

About a year ago I placed an order and I waited for well over an hour When I called the store and they told me they were in Northfield almost there!! Well I live up the street literally .4 of a mile. Needless to say everything was cold, and the store manager, Drew, well all he knows how to say is "we don't give refunds" but he told me I could come back and pick up another pizza. ME? There is a reason I wanted it delivered!! That was it. Fast forward a little over a year! i had remembered that I had a problem last time but could remember why. So, I ordered online and then had to call the store 11/2 hours later because it was not being delivered. A girl answered and all I said was "where is my delivery at?" She said it's on the way it should be there in a minute. I asked her how she knows who I am she said through my phone number! So, 15 more minutes go by I call again and Drew answered and I asked again where is the delivery. He said well, it didn't leave the store yet and he has to wait for a driver. What?!? Over 2 hours later the pizza and wings come, cold!!! They also put in 2 wing tips to count as 2 wings. Picture below. I was angry and did not leave a tip. Well 2 days later, $3.00 was added to my charge card which was not signed nor approved by me! I know $3.00 doesn't sound like a lot, but it's the point that it is forgery! My bank took care of that but I will never be there again! read more

Have tried this place a few times and the pizza is soggy soggy soggy. Last time the pizza wasn't even cooked through and was raw dough. Spent $50 on pizza and couldn't eat it. They wouldn't refund us only give us a "credit" for next time. I don't want to come back next time... I've already given you several chances. read more

Ordered a pizza and cinnamon bread online. Email says pizza will be delivered by 5:39. After 2 phone calls to the store and being told both times that the pizza was on its way, it arrived at 6:09 and barely luke warm. The driver claimed to be one of the managers, and argued with me that it was only 15 minutes late and that the website was wrong. All he would offer is 20% of the next order. Why would I order luke warm late pizza again? read more

Thought I would try this place since I drive by it at least twice a day. I wasn't overly impressed. Could have had a bit more toppings. Crust overdone around edges but soggy in the middle. Typical production line pizza. Should have known better since it's a chain shop. Not a fan. Won't order again. Better pizza shops in the area. read more

The only pizza place that I found that never burns a gluten free pizza! It's perfect ever time! Have never had a bad experience! Definitely my fav place to go when I need a pizza fix. 2 thumbs up read more

I ordered the large super special, what a waste of 15.99. The toppings were very skimpy. One piece of mushroom per slice and 4 small pieces of green pepper per slice and I could not tell if there was any onion on my pizza. Their menu picture showed a nice looking pizza, too bad I didn't get that. Come on Jets, we're talking Veggies here, put more on the pie. Never going back there again. Not a good value for your money. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I hoped for better but I was very disappointed with my pizza. I still can't believe I paid 15.99 for that pizza what a disappointment. I still can't believe that pizza cost me 15.99, what a waste of my money. You got me once, but you'll never get me again read more

If you were expecting to dine-in, you thought wrong. There is a singular bench for customers to sit on while waiting for their pizza and that's it. I'm fine with that though. Pizza is pretty good - I'm partial to the 8-corner pizza and they have a nice crust. The bread is very garlicky. Their ranch is amazing!!! But if you order one on the side, make sure they've put it in your box before you leave the shop - I've paid for an extra side of ranch twice and both times I had to go back in and remind them that I ordered it. I also recommend their Turbo crust seasoning - just a great addition to an already tasty pizza. I wouldn't try showing up any earlier than they say your pizza will be ready. I've called in and sent in an order online and both times I still had to wait when I had arrived on time to pick up my pizza. I know it's a new locale for them, and they clearly have room to improve, but overall I'm still glad to have it right down the street. Pricier than Pizza Hut or Domino's, but if you're looking for something more than the average chain pizza, this is a refreshing change. read more

Delicious. Easy ordering. Never disappoints. Pizza has been very good every time we have ordered, with really awesome specialty pizzas. We always get accurate pick-up times and have never had any issues ordering online or by phone. Pick up is ready in a reasonable amount of time and employees are always friendly. I highly recommend the Philly cheesesteak pizza -- you can't go wrong. Their original square pizzas make for a refreshing change for the standard pizza. And I mean picking crust flavors is always a plus. read more
