Service started out good in the beginning but every time I go back seems to get worse and worse. Today 11/02/24 the store was packed but it seemed like no one was trying to get the orders out. We order the same two pizzas everytime. They are very consistent with the amount of sauce and toppings. When I don't want to cook, this is a great option. They also have salads and sandwiches. A large will last me a few days. Location is off Gateway, convenient to 95. I usually use a BOGO coupon and can get 2 large pizzas for less than $20. read more

My coworkers and I ordered a half cheese and hall pepperoni pizza to be delivered to our office. They told us it would take approximately 45 mins. Well it came in about 20 mins and it was hot and delicious. We will definitely be ordering from there again. This is the one in Greenacres on Military trail. Despite the reviews, I'm glad we gave our local Marco's pizza a chance. Their pepperoni pizza is delicious. However, the cauliflower (cheese & sauce) pizza was a home run! Even my picky fiancé enjoyed it. He doesn't really like "gluten free" foods. The flavor & texture was almost like the real deal! Thanks for catering to us individuals with food restrictions. We were craving some freshly made pizza, and decided to place a order with Marco's Pizza. We did pick up order recently. They do have delivery option as well. Since we were avoiding contact with money handling, we gave our credit card info for a smooth transaction over the phone. When we parked in their parking lot, they brought the pizza to our vehicle after we called them. Our order- We ordered two pizza pies- one being cheese, and the second with veggies on top. Both pizzas were very decent. I personally like my pizza thin crust and requested that while placing the order. The pizzas were still warm when we got home. Overall a great option in Boynton Beach for some pizzas. As of now, you can't go inside their storefront (Covid 19), so make sure you give them a call if you are doing pick up. ~ read more

I tried Marco's Pizza today for the first time . I was in that business for almost 10 years and I've got to tell you this was the best pizza I've had in years. Thoroughly enjoyed it as did the other people I shared it with. I've tried a lot of other pizza near our home: Domino's, pizza Hut, Juniors pizza and none are even close to being this good. But with that being said I can also say that if you order do it two hours in advance and do not listen to the time they give you to pick up! The regards some of the staff have for peoples times is baffling. How am I told to pick up an order in 13 minutes but the order takes an hour to prepare yet it was given to me hit it took 40 minutes to start my order? The most aggravating part that spawned the life of this review is that upon thinking I didn't get a sauce on my order I asked for one and they were quick to attempt to charge me 69 cents after not giving them on prior orders and saying I had no proof and with this being the 4th time this has happened (Once I completely walked out without the order, yes it took that long) mind you I've spent literally hundreds with this establishment for easy work meeting meals. We loved this pizza coming from the west coast we hadn't found out favorite local spots yet, however we added this place as one of them. The Marcos on Military Trail in Greenacres, FL has no customer service. We got a pizza with sausage and pepperoni that was so spicy it burned our mouths, and was totally uneatable. When I called I was told there was no management person so they could do nothing to rectify our problem. Owner was supposed to call me, but never did. I ordered a calzone from here and it was decent, more okay. It was hot, the cheese was cheezy; however, it lacked any real flavor or authenticity. It was more like a glorified breadsticks. They didn't have the ricotta cheese either. Customer service was good, and the guy did explain to me that there was ricotta cheese in the calzone; however, the flavor and texture was subpar. The bread itself was like eating the crust of a pizza. Not very thick like a calzone. It also wasn't very big. About medium size for $6.99 and additional charge for extra toppings. A total of $10 and some change for a calzone with onions, pepperoni and green peppers I've ordered similar calzones elsewhere that were the size of an entire pizza box, thicker, with ricotta cheese and more flavor. Went to Due South Brewery Thurs evening which is amazing all by it's self, but we decided to order pizza according to its star rating. That turned out to be Marco,s Pizza on quantum blvd. We have had pizza from all over the world and this pizza was delicious. The staff was so gracious and they delivered in pouring rain. We got two large pizza's one Italian sausage, and the other one was half pepperoni and half green pepper and a large salad. I didn't even know this place existed until today. While I was watching the news, I saw the headline: Get a free slice of pizza for lunch on Columbus Day. Can't beat that! And yes, I did a search on the app and sure enough there was one off of Gateway in Boynton. I was there in about 10 minutes and the guy behind the counter greeted me with a friendly hello. I told him why I was there and then the catch was announced. I had to show a picture of Christopher Columbus. Really? I thought it was dorky and funny, but anything for a free pizza. TLDR version: Ordered contactless delivery, They deliver to the wrong place then manager accused me of lying when I told them I didn't receive the food. Turns out they confirmed they delivered to the wrong place. Manager Tom was unapologetic told my neighbor to keep my food and offered no resolution. I've spent over $100 here in just the past two weeks and love their food but after this experience I'm not so sure. Really sad how a place I loved could be ruined by an ignorant manager. Update: owner of the store reached out to apologize for his manager and corrected the situation. I am glad the owner took responsibility and corrected the situation. Paul Patel (the owner) is definitely not professional after I've had 3 strikes of issues over pizza! They never at this location can get a pizza correct. I contact numerous of times Corporate only to get this owner calling me. Yes he did credit me the money but I rather have what I order from the beginning! The very first time my friend had to drive all the way back to the store to get the correct pizza as whoever was trying to figure a solution out seemed like he didn't know what he's doing. Poor customer service. Like I said the only thing was he did credit me the 3 bad times that I rather of gotten correct me he items (the last order the manager took the order and it still was wrong). And he did give me a credit to my account. It doesn't mean I'll return. Just like Cheesecake Factory on my birthday, everyone got their meal and was done and here I sat with nothing. Um, it tastes exactly like Little Ceasar's pizza. I was surprised at that for this area. I truly feel this it is overpriced for what it is. Service was fine and fast, so no complaint with that regard. In my opinion, they need to either change their recipe or go to a Little Caesar's pricing. Very good pizza place. It's a chain, so They don't have the MOST amazing pizza but they have really good pizzas at reasonable prizes. Staff is always friendly and courteous.
