Can't give this place more than a 3. Two small pizzas and 10 wings clocked in at OVER $30. The sausage Magnifico was tasty, but if you can't make all sausage tasty then there is a problem. The UNO however, mad bland. Either too many veggies or they didn't cook them through. You had a ton of completely unseasoned and almost raw onions, pepper, and mushrooms. Could barely taste any sauce or meat. Like it was bland. Almost watery. ANY pizza you get on sale in the frozen food section of your local grocery store will beat this in taste. HANDS DOWN. I don't even want the leftovers on that one. And don't get me started on the price tag. It's ok depending on what you order. But find a coupon. read more

Always consistently good pizza. I love their online ordering site so I don't have to awkwardly talk to anyone on the phone. What a time to be alive! I'm a low-talker and am constantly being asked to repeat myself, so I consider online ordering a win-win for everyone involved. Not to mention the social anxiety that comes with asking for what you want. It's much easier to tell a website my penchant for extra sauce and a thick crust than to admit that to a human on the phone, even if I am paying for it. My only complaint is that when I do request extra sauce on my pizza (I like it saucy. Like, toppings sliding around the pizza saucy) I feel like they really don't put much extra sauce at all. I picture the pizza maker reading my request, giving a little snort, maybe a roll of the eyes, and tossing it into the pile of pizzas waiting to be moderately sauced. Or, it could be that they are putting on a reasonable amount of extra sauce so as not to compromise the taste and structure of the pizza, and are just looking out for my own best pizza interests. Either way, I'd like for my pizzas to be saucier. Other than that, great pizza, and fast, reliable service! read more

Food was tasty. Operations suck. Ask box man making pizza boxes he was laughing from the stupid answers management gave. Let's try these. Bought largest bottle of drink , asked for cups....They don't have cups, asked for straws, management humiliated employees by demonstrating how they should be able to look two shelves down and over a few slots, over a few slots. Yes she didn't find them at first either! Box man was laughing at how power management was responding. Then wonder manager told me that officially the place was not a restaurant. But tables and chairs and napkins on table???? Give it a break, you even had posters of lunch specials with a picture of cup if soda and pizza. My kids use to love this place, but lately getting an order that was delivered correctly is impossible. Anything from proper toppings on pizzas, to dipping sauces not being included in delivery (even after specifically ordering them). Even had a salad delivered and all they sent was just lettuce. The pizza is great, but you are going to pay more for quality. Definitely the best pizza in town, and they deliver. They have other options other than pizza, and their subs are pretty good. I also like to order their Greek salads because they are large and very tasty. I'm sure I'll be ordering food from them again. I just moved to Georgia from the West Coast and had never tried Marco's Pizza before; so I thought I would give it a shot. The reason why I am giving it one star is because of the customer service. I was not greeted when I walked in, but everyone else who came in after me was. The cashier was okay...not friendly but not extremely rude. I had ordered a small pizza and her response was "That's it??!?!". She didn't really say much after that. This next part was the ultimate deal breaker: When my pizza was ready; a young brunette girl with thick curly long hair had walked to where I was sitting and handed the pizza box to me. I smiled at her and told her "thank-you". She didn't say anything...just gave me a snobbish look and walked away. Wow...? I never would had imagined getting that type of service in a small pizza restaurant (of all places). Yes, the pizza was good...I won't deny it. The price for the quality isn't bad. However, I won't be going back because of the customer service I had received. I don't care how great the pizza is...I refuse to help contribute money to someone who is snooty. My brother and sister in law suggested we get the 2 large pizza, cheesy bread and 2 liter combo (which is $24.99!). Boy were they right! The cheesiness of the cheesy bread was absolutely on point. I have ordered pizza there on different occasions, but when it comes to using coupons that come from register tape at this store, the manager is absolutely rude. Tonight he flat out denied the coupons because I have used them in the past, apparently you can only be a coupon customer once here.
