They are ice cold in the large cup that can be shared by about 3 people. The cup in my opinion is way too much for one person! The outside of the cup is also cold but not to the point you can't hold it. After you spear one on a wooden stick you can dip it in the topping for extra flavor. Trust me, they need extra flavor! Even with the topping I felt they lacked flavor. I tried them plain and with the dip. I was not impressed. But that's not their purpose! The purpose is for a kid to blow smoke out of their nose or mouth and it's just cool! LOL The cost was $7 and the kid working quickly put his tip jar in front of me.
