Tonight - I had a terrible experience at another chain (trying to get a Hot and Ready). After a lot of frustration and an eventual refund, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered as we were pulling into the parking lot, and when I went inside, a young man (maybe the delivery driver based on appearance) smiled and said "Here's your pizza coming out right now." I almost burst into tears. It was such a refreshing change of pace after what I'd been through - especially with a hungry husband and child in the car. To top it all off, the pizza was DELICIOUS! You guys are my new place from now on! I wish you delivered to my neighborhood...but either way, you have my business for life! read more

I ordered this pizza from door dash. It arrived cold and greasy. After eating it, I had the runs and greasy farts all day. I would not feed this to a dog as it would be animal cruelty. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Simply shi__ty pizza! read more

Just had Marcos for dinner tonight for the first time. It was pretty good. No complaints. I asked for extra sauce and they did not disappoint. The pizza tasted fresh and was ready for pickup in only 12 minutes. I'll have to try it again soon to be sure, but it looks like I might of found a new favorite pizza place. read more

Been a minute since Husband and I had Marco's Pizza. I would give them a solid okay tonight. Sandwiches were hastily put together but tasted more than decent. Pizza was pretty good. I had a small crispy thin crust pizza with sausage, tomato, and spinach. The only drawback was the sauce. It was a bit too sweet and there was too much on the pizza. My daughter had the steak and cheese sub and said it was okay. read more

I should have written this review a long time ago. This has become our go-to pizza place - pretty much a Friday night tradition for us now. The pizza is absolutely fantastic and we love the online pizza-builder tool - it's really easy to order a pizza exactly the way you want it. We always do carry-out, and every time we go in to pick up our order the staff is friendly and enthusiastic. You can see the entire kitchen area from the counter and it's always humming like a well-oiled machine! Just a well-run operation from top to bottom. We've probably ordered at least 50 pizzas from the 5730 Stage Road store - the ONE time our order got messed up they apologized profusely and gave us TWO free pizzas and a free dessert! This is a place that cares about doing business the right way and it shows. We have no need to go anywhere else for pizza! read more

I gave them 3 stars because my boyfriend and I normally always order from Marcos and I usually get the gluten free pizza but last night we ordered from them and my pizza came looking like someone dropped it, it was all smooshed to one side of the box and it was Cut wrong in squares has never been cut in squares I have no idea where that came from! It looks like someone was in a hurry, especially considering her boyfriend was driving the car she was in, I guess it was time for some alone time and she couldn't wait. I popped in yesterday after hearing good things about this place. The menu has a wide variety of pizzas and sandwiches. I ordered a small pizza. It was OK. Nothing to brag about but alright. A small pizza and drink ran about $15 which I thought was a little pricey. The service was good. The regional manager was in the store and came to speak with us. He was a friendly fellow. The place was clean and orderly although it was very cold inside. Maybe I will try a sandwich next time. I grade it a solid "C". Average but nothing special. read more

Unimpressed. Bought the family a large thin crust pepperoni and a large thin crust sausage. Felt like I was eating one of those Domino's thin crust pizzas. Not horrible, but certainly not worth 25 bucks. I will reserve final judgment until I try the New York style crust, but not holding out a lot of hope. I've ordered food from Marco's in Bartlett without any problems,love the food,but my last order was not to my satisfaction. The wings were supposed to be pamasean, but they were burnt and the seasoning was watery. I had the pizza sub and I don't know if the sandwich was supposed to be that soggy or not. But to say the least I was disappointed. But I did call the manager the next day and told her my dilemma, and she gave me 15$ off my next order. My first time eating here and The customer service here is horrible, I went in to get a menu no one greeted me the guy that was behind the register didn't even look up from whatever he was doing. After getting a menu I drove around to the window to place an order because my 2 year old was in the backseat asleep and I didn't want to wake her. I ordered the meatball sub, the cashier stated that it would be 10 minutes, after 25 minutes of waiting at the window, no one came back with my order and it looked as if the girl had gotten off because I didn't see her again, I decided to go in, again no one greeted me, but there I see my sub sitting on the rack, I explain that I had been waiting for an order that was supposed to take 10 minutes, no one apologized or said anything, so I definitely won't be back!! Ordered a 12 inch meatball sub on wheat, no cheese, add mushrooms, along with a pizza for my wife and son. The sub came after the pizza, and the meatballs (which were mini-meatballs; a tad bigger than Spaghetti-O size) were cold. Took it to the counter and told them; the lady passed it on to a man (the manager?) who told someone else to remake my sub, but hotter. I also told them it had come uncut, please cut it this time? "Okay." New sub was brought to me, lady asked if it was hot enough as she handed it to me. I said it was warm on the outside of the wrapper, but I have to taste it. She left. I opened the wrapper; it was uncut. And messy; sauce all over the bread. Cut it myself w/a plastic knife and tasted it. It was hot in some places, but cold-ish in others. More mushrooms than meatball. The bread fell apart, because of so much sauce. Nobody ever came back to check up on me, and make sure I had a better experience this time. I made eye contact across the counter with the man; he turned away. Pretty much didn't seem worried about me. I won't be going back. read more
