My sandwich was very good! $10 is pretty fair for what I got. I loved the sauce, the meat was also really good. The tater salad was AMAZING! I'd get a large of it everytime I eat there if this was a local place for me. The meal was a solid 9/10 If you're in Memphis and you want some good BBQ made with heart and soul, then you should try Elwood's. The only thing missing from my meal that would've completed it for me was some hot buttery cornbread. I'll certainly be back to try their ribs and other foods!

The service is fast and friendly. Don't expect fancy if you dine in. That's just not what Yang's is about. I have watched one very sweet young lady grow up through the drive through window since before she was legally permitted to work. I can remember vividly pulling up to the drive through menu the very first time. I asked my then girlfriend if I needed to pull up to the window because the speaker looked completely busted. It wasn't and in fact that "busted" speaker became part of Yang's charm. For twenty ish years I would wonder if that speaker would still be there and it broke my heart a little when they finally replaced it. For me, Yang's and Memphis are synonymous and you should absolutely check them out.

It wasn't as spicy as I expected at first, but the heat slowly kicked in later in a good way -- which I personally liked. The egg rolls were pretty typical, nothing that really stood out for me. I also tried the garlic shrimp with rice, but the rice was a little too oily for my taste. The vegetables are only sautéed, and I personally prefer mine cooked a little softer because I have braces. Overall, the food had good flavor, and I'm glad I gave it a try. I would definitely go again and try something else.
