I called on Monday and was told to expect them to show up on Saturday. They even gave me a quote for how much things would cost and a window for when they'd arrive. Saturday came and I didn't hear from anyone so I called back. My appointment was never formally booked. And every appointment slot between when I called and when I had to leave Monday morning was already taken. I was left with a day and a half to move 7 people's belongings including mattresses, multiple large appliances, and dozens of boxes by hand. Thanks College Hunks. Thanks to you I had the opportunity to prove myself as capable of doing two men's work by myself without tools. I'd never have had that chance without you. And for anyone reading this review, if you choose to hire college hunks, make sure you get a confirmation number for your appointment when you book, especially if you've got a deadline.

Andy got back to me very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to walk through to give me a quote. He arrived as planned, and we went through what we needed. Andy provided me a quote and we talked about deposit, and Andy went on his way. I had received a couple of other quotes too, and we went with the lowest bid which was Andy. Now normally I like to go with the mid ground quote, but the dream house cost a pretty penny and we were going to be with them, so cost was a big factor for us...but Andy was nice at initial meet so I paid the deposit and hoped for the best. Fast forward a few days, and Andy reached out to let me know that he was on the way but had a brief hold up. He and 3 other individuals arrived, introductions were made and we did another quick walk through to show the team of 4 what was getting moved. Andy, Dan, Jackie and Steve got to work, moving all of the stuff we discussed. Okay, these guys made quick work of our heavy stuff, you know, all the stuff that our 40+ year old backs need time to recover if we had moved. Or the stuff that would have caused my husband and I to argue, or the stuff that we moved the last time and said WE ARE NEVER MOVING THAT STUFF AGAIN! And I have no idea how they did it so quickly because they did it with utmost care!! In addition to being great at their jobs, these people were all just really good people. They were super nice and just chill people that made the day fly by! Okay, maybe my day flew by because we were going to my aforementioned dream home, and they lifted all the things big and small. The day came to an end and Andy and company came through 6 minutes under the estimated timeframe. This crew went above and beyond and although I AM NEVER EVER EVER, GOING TO MOVE AGAIN...if my fatal flaw rises up again (I creep on Zillow), I will be sure to call Andy and the rest of The Crew Moving Company!!!!

Absolutely terrible movers. They gave us a completely false time frame to pack and move, rather…read morethan 4-5 hours it was 12 hours on the first day with 1/3 of the house left behind then 3 hours two days later. The broke numerous items, one of the four movers quit midway through the first day and wasn't replaced, adding to the total hours. Two of them were on their first day and had no idea how to pack. A single saucer had two feet of paper wrapping. They added things from different rooms to boxes, so a toaster in the box with the bedding, etc. They broke two things, gouged the stairs, stole a bottle of pain killers, asked if they could have one of our personal items, and left a bunch of stuff at the old house we had to hire a separate hauler to move. Do not hire them--it was a complete disaster and mismanaged from beginning to end.

He was moving someone across the street and noticed our friend struggling to back out. He crossed the street, help her back out, and waved her on her way. We thought John was considerate and thinks more of others than himself. Who else would one trust family property to? We called and John came right out to look and provide a quote. Again, great service and price. When moving day came, John brought an additional person to ensure the job was done within the timeframe promised. That extra person didn't add to our cost but was a huge help. The team was very respectful and considerate. Each time they walked in with a piece of furniture we heard "where would you like this ma'am/sir?" They had to move a couple pieces of furniture a few times since my mom didn't know where she wanted everything. Their answer was "wherever you want it ma'am'. Class acts!!! I will add that Andre got into the decorating mode by showing his artistic flare by placing furniture in a way we didn't see at first but LOVED the outcome. Well done!! 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys. They were incredible and handled the job very well. My parents have a lot of heavy furniture including a very large safe. Nothing was damaged.
