I finally called to see what was going on and they said the truck had broken down and asked to reschedule. After some back and forth the owner said he'd either find another truck or do my move when they were done with the other move for the day. I told him I'd start moving some stuff down to the new house in the meantime. We got off the phone and he disappeared. Never showed up and never returned my calls. I don't know where all these positive reviews are from, but beware. He seems to have a lot of Facebook friends and no ethics.

However, junk removal was much less than quoted given the amount of junk I THOUGHT I had. I was able to gift my neighbor some junk removal because the price was so great. Always and forever I will use this service to get rid of any junk I have. The loaders are always incredibly kind, patient, quick and efficient and the service is affordable.
