But what…read moreI'm telling you is that Craig Cummings and Blue Star Land Development is an exceptional company. Craig was a dream to work with. He did everything he said he would do and did it to exacting standards. His and his crew's work was just outstanding. We built our house 22 years ago. From the jump we had trouble with one of our retaining walls. It cracked as soon as it was built but the builder assured us it was 'just a shrinkage crack'. It was also so big it should have had rebar installed but he didn't to cut corners. We've tried for years to get someone to fix it. Including one individual who took our money and ran No one wanted to do it because it was an in between job, not big, but not small. We couldn't find anyone. Along came Craig. He told his plan of how he would remove the old broken wall and replace it. AND HE DID IT EXACTLY AS HE SAID HE WOULD! What a joy to find someone so dedicated. But the bacon on this sandwich was the price. Incredible! No deposit or money up front! He just said "pay me when it's finished." Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup. I highly recommend them and assure you will not be disappointed. We will be using them again in a few months to move us to our new home once the construction is completed.
