However, junk removal was much less than quoted given the amount of junk I THOUGHT I had. I was able to gift my neighbor some junk removal because the price was so great. Always and forever I will use this service to get rid of any junk I have. The loaders are always incredibly kind, patient, quick and efficient and the service is affordable. Every step of the process there was clear, professional and prompt service. We couldn't be happier with the services provided. Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day. We appreciated that foresight and not adding an extra day to the moving process. It was one long day and these guys never stopped moving and went above and beyond assisting with disassembly and reassembly, furniture placement, organizing and cleanup. They were QUICK to respond to my request for an early morning pick-up the next day, pricing was FLEXIBLE and FAIR depending upon how much was there, and stayed in CONSTANT communication. As we packed the truck for our move out of state, the size of the pick-up grew throughout the night ... I sent pictures along the way. Trash Bandits arrived in the early morning (8:30am) as requested, sent a text that they were on their way, and sent pictures of the load-up and the cleaned-up area.
