Many attempts to get Marching Ants to reimburse us for this have gone unanswered. All the proper claims and photos were sent to them asking for resolution. Management now doesn't answer calls. This has been going on for almost 4 months now with no resolution. Their website FAQ states very clearly that they are insured and any damage to belongings will be replaced or repaired. Not finding that to be the case at all as they are refusing to return calls or emails. Not reputable in my opinion.

I was so happy to have it done I gave him a $40 tip. Unfortunately, 2 days after it was done my carpet smelled like wet laundry, I had to call another company out to re do the carpet to get the smell out. They told me that the carpet was left too wet, I called Cort and he told me it could be my pet, and that the smells came to the surface, why wasn't that addressed the first time? I feel that the water was either dirty from a previous job and no cleaning products maybe weren't used. I called and expressed my disappointment and he said "sorry, I'll refund your money" When he came to refund our money he stood at the front door and handed the envelope with cash in it and told my husband to count it. Really? Wasn't professional no apology and rude, I wouldn't recommend them at all.
