I've been over here a few times over many years, mostly to assist someone with getting a storage…read moreunit. My trips are far and few in-between so there is always someone new working whenever I come in. In my experience, it has been better to go in person than to call. During the most recent encounters, a guy named Thomas was working the front desk. He was helpful, jovial and very, very patient. 5 stars for Thomas. Given the ease of location access for the person needing the storage and the price, I'd say that it is reasonable. They offer a variety of storage unit sizes, and all units are ground level, however, none are air-conditioned. The premises gate-access only and renters are given a code to use to enter and exit the premises. You can purchase a lock from them for about $24 or bring your own lock. Finally, if you're short on packing supplies, for a hefty fee, they sell a limited selection of items that may be useful in a pinch. All of the paperwork is completed digitally, and e-mail confirmations are sent in real-time. There is the option to pay in person (I believe by money order or card) or to set up autopay. Overall, an ok storage facility if you need something quick, basic and accessible.

When someone is there they are very rude and unprofessional. They treat you like you are stupid! Dont be even 7 days past your due date or they will cut your lock and make you get another one or pay for one of theirs. They only have a 7 day grace period. Within 21 days they are ready to sell your stuff. Dont get me started on how much they raise the prices of their units. I started with a normal range for one of the small units, and now starting in November of 2025 its going up to 69.00. Told them no one can afford that for a small unit and they laughed at me and said thats my opinion and i cant find a unit for a better price. Theres times i was locked inside the gate and had to try and get them to help me and they were no help! WORST STORAGE UNITS IVE EVER DELT WITH!

****please dont go here the owner is horrible & the place is dirty & unsaniatry- talk about a…read morewalking covid-19 yard.**** only giving a star because i have to other wise zero stars from me. the owner screamed at me on the phone and hung up without even finishing our converstaion because she sent out a late letter & never tried to contact me, through email, phone, mail nothing until i called her to figure out why my stuff is being sold. she was suppose to be running my card monthly and never did, even personally went to her office to make sure she got my new card # cell # and email address. and she did nothing to contact me about anything. after i made my payment she tells me im being evicted and got 30 days to get my stuff out, mind u im only allowed now in between open hours 9-5 and i work till 4. so this should be fun. mind you she sent me a letter saying that my unit was being sold on 11/12/21 and i did not recieve the letter until 11/15/21 and when i called her about it, all she said was "i was sick" so why did you send it out? you really thought you wouldnt get a angry call? ohhh and did i mention when i tried to call at noon, no answer so i tried to call at 1pm assuming lunch is over, nope they blocked my cell and then un blocked me at 2pm. im sorrry but who the hell takes a 2 hour lunch? then has the guts to scream at a paying customer. this place isnt only unprofessional, its dirty, no climate control what so ever, and very little lights, nothing in the units to see your stuff either, bugs everywhere. also if you go there be aware that the owner does not care about you, only the money and made it very clear for how she acted. she acted worse than my 10 year old nephew. never thought i would hear a grown ass old lady bitch at a young adult about her mess up.

I called on Monday and was told to expect them to show up on Saturday. They even gave me a quote for how much things would cost and a window for when they'd arrive. Saturday came and I didn't hear from anyone so I called back. My appointment was never formally booked. And every appointment slot between when I called and when I had to leave Monday morning was already taken. I was left with a day and a half to move 7 people's belongings including mattresses, multiple large appliances, and dozens of boxes by hand. Thanks College Hunks. Thanks to you I had the opportunity to prove myself as capable of doing two men's work by myself without tools. I'd never have had that chance without you. And for anyone reading this review, if you choose to hire college hunks, make sure you get a confirmation number for your appointment when you book, especially if you've got a deadline.

He was moving someone across the street and noticed our friend struggling to back out. He crossed the street, help her back out, and waved her on her way. We thought John was considerate and thinks more of others than himself. Who else would one trust family property to? We called and John came right out to look and provide a quote. Again, great service and price. When moving day came, John brought an additional person to ensure the job was done within the timeframe promised. That extra person didn't add to our cost but was a huge help. The team was very respectful and considerate. Each time they walked in with a piece of furniture we heard "where would you like this ma'am/sir?" They had to move a couple pieces of furniture a few times since my mom didn't know where she wanted everything. Their answer was "wherever you want it ma'am'. Class acts!!! I will add that Andre got into the decorating mode by showing his artistic flare by placing furniture in a way we didn't see at first but LOVED the outcome. Well done!! 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys. They were incredible and handled the job very well. My parents have a lot of heavy furniture including a very large safe. Nothing was damaged. Everything was taken care of professionally!! THANK YOU!!

Many attempts to get Marching Ants to reimburse us for this have gone unanswered. All the proper claims and photos were sent to them asking for resolution. Management now doesn't answer calls. This has been going on for almost 4 months now with no resolution. Their website FAQ states very clearly that they are insured and any damage to belongings will be replaced or repaired. Not finding that to be the case at all as they are refusing to return calls or emails. Not reputable in my opinion.
