I've been getting my hair colored for almost 14 years and it's never looked better. It is also the healthiest it's EVER been. That really says so much of Jaleesa's color technique as well as knowledge since I'm a blonde. I always receive so many compliments on color and the overall healthy appearance of my hair. In addition to color, Jaleesa has done bonded extensions on my hair. I did that for about a year while I allowed my hair to grow. I went a little Britney Spears and shaved one side of my head but I began to regret that decision immediately after! Luckily, Jaleesa was there to help. I loved the volume and length the extensions added. I also LOVE the new location, it is conveniently located near a Starbucks and a Target!

She's not only an incredibly talented stylist (that can literally do EVERYTHING) my hair is the healthiest and longest it has ever been! I have never felt more beautiful than when I leave Jaleesa's Hair Diary. She's made me more adventurous with my hairstyle choices (quick weaves, k-tip installs, super cute ponytails and BOMB silk presses) and super confident in myself. Not only is she extremely professional, she is so incredibly sweet and accommodating. I am so blessed to have found her and will be a client for life!

She said she wrote my phone number down wrong so she couldn't contact me to tell me the topper was in - but we had been texting, so I am not sure why she didn't look there for my number. I finally contacted her to find out what was going on and that's when she said she lost my number. She told me she's an expert, but unfortunately she sold me a product completely unsuitable for me - even though her website claims she will find the "perfect" hairpiece for her clients. She also told me she guarantees her work and I found out that was a lie. Once the topper came in, I went to the stylist that Ersolene personally recommended and the stylist said it was far too dense for me. I also noticed it was very wavy (not what we agreed upon) and completely the wrong texture for me. I asked Ersolene for a refund and she refused. She offered to thin it out, but I paid $650 for a custom topper designed for me, not an after-market, thinned out piece. I even offered to take less than 100% refund and she could keep the topper and she wouldn't even discuss it. Her business practices are deceptive and she is not at all customer-service-oriented. Once I complained and threatened a lawsuit she took her website down - which shows you just how shady this woman is. It's ok though, I have screenshots of all her dishonest claims that I can use in small claims court. I wish we could have worked something out, but she was unreasonable.

Her work is impeccable; I suffer from hair loss and have always been very self conscious about how my hair looks. Ersolene takes the time to get to know you and your unique issues. And she always finds the perfect solution. The hair she uses is top quality that lasts (in my case) over a year. And she is always training in the latest techniques. Her shop is clean. She starts when your appointment begins (no late shows or other nonsense), no chatting on the phone, etc. When you are in her chair, you are her only focus. I wish I could give her 10 stars!!!

I get there and ALL of a sudden she's following protocol ...state mandates...on the day that they (the city) released that we were in Level 5 (meaning open), but to be aware that businesses may still ask us to wear a mask. She takes my temperature , I show her my Vaccination Card and I was instantly met with ATTITUDE!!! Not "Hi Dionna - how are you? Thanks for coming BACK! Here's the deal..." She (TILLY) has to be one of the RUDEST people with a job in SERVICE! NO DECORUM. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The least she could have done was try to ease my pushback, given that SHE did not follow protocol the last time I ALLOWED her/PAID her to do my hair - when she was 30 MIN LATE for my 1st appointment, as a NEW CLIENT. Today was me giving her (TILLY) a 2nd chance! I will NOT allow anyone in SERVICE to talk to me, the way she did. --- I'm giving a 3rd star ONLY because ARI handled the situation properly, with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE - listening & de-escalating the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TILLY! Yes, she does decent hair, BUT she is in a job of SERVICE - she needs to learn how to be OF service, with her demeanor as well. Thank you Ari, I will be back only because of you and only to try ANOTHER stylist!

He gave me THE MOST INCREDIBLE HAIRCUT I have ever had in my life. My hair was soft and bouncy without being too voluminous, the layers were great, the color he did was starkly different but wasn't too brassy or light. And most importantly- the bangs became my LOOK- I had been avoiding this for so long but it took the right stylist to make the look perfect. Definitely recommend, especially if you're a fellow curly girl!

Stopped in here on a complete whim last Saturday am…read more I was actually walking to Charles Ifergen when I passed this salon I had never noticed. Walked in & asked for a hair cut and blowout. As I was getting on the elevator a lady got off with an amazing fresh cut bob. She said she had just came from here and saw the owner Diana. I walked in and was warmly greeted by a woman who said she would check to see if anyone was available. I figured no one would be available especially since I had realized this is a smaller salon. Shockingly I was then greeted by a really cute tall guy named Michael. Michael introduced himself and said he was available & could take me for a cut & blowout for $85. At first I was nervous since I had never seen this salon or Michael's work but with his confidence and style I felt like I was in good hands. Boy was I right!!! Michael is young but let me tell you he is highly skilled and trained!! You can tell he is passionate about doing hair. He gave me the best scalp massage while shampooing my hair! His hands are so strong! He actually dried my hair first and then cut it while dry so we could see each layer that he added. I have extremely long black thick hair and he blew it out fairly quick! His blowout was one of the best I've ever had & the cut was absolutely perfection!!! I actually asked him to go back & cut my layers a taddd shorter! Shocking because most stylist cut it shorter than I want. If you're looking for a great blowout or amazing cut I highly recommend coming to see Michael!!! You will adore him!

I went in as a walk-in client, and although they seem to thrive on regulars, they were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Considering it was a Friday they had a few clients in chairs... I had to wait a bit, but it was well worth it. I got my color done by Maggie and she did exactly what I wanted without fuss. She was multi-tasking with other clients but I never felt forgotten. She checked on me regularly to bring magazines or anything else. I got my hair washed by Eduardo. The neck and head massage were much appreciated after a long work week. My haircut was done by a gentleman who was a pro. I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. And when styling they only had to ask a few questions and immediately concocted a fun boisterous hairdo with soft curls. They use stellar products and so even though my hair doesn't like to hold curl, it did so all night long, at the club. Truly couldn't be happier. My hair is healthy and shiny and now I have a spot within walking distance to go to get styled when I'm off for a night on the town. STOKED. P.S. My male friend got his hair done and he's super picky. They use straight edge raisers (like he likes) and he was very impressed with their skills.
