Thanks to you my family was able to sell our home on our own timeline and purchase exactly the home we wanted. We felt supported by a powerful team every step of the way. Since my family's home sale/purchase experience, I have recommended Brittney Ybarra, Steven Amaya and the Amaya Group to several friends. If you are like us and like to do your research, then you check references, study them online, make a few calls, maybe even meet with them. We received a mailer on our door of our prior home in Moreno Valley from Steven Amaya and we were in the process of hiring a realtor. We called the phone number on the flyer and were able to set up to interview Steven personally the next day. He met with us and let us know what he recommended to put us in the best position to sell. We had not just checklists, but solid reasons why each of the things recommended would portray our house in its full value state. First impressions count, and Steven presented himself as the seasoned expert and professional that he and his agents have proven to be time and time again. Steven was able to match us up perfectly with our dream agent, Brittney Ybarra, one of his agents, who worked diligently to help us find a home and expertly managed the timing of both the buy and the sell. Brittney coming into our lives was a blessing and we are so incredibly thankful for getting to know her through this process. Steven could have connected us with any of his agents but he had the insight to know which of his agents would be aligned with our personalities and we couldn't have been more pleased then we were with Brittany Ybarra. Once we decided to move, the magic began. We followed Steven's instructions to the letter and prepared our house according to their recommendations. They set up the listing including a competitive listing price, working with other agents, photographers, videographers, hosted open houses, and managed the entire process as the seasoned professionals they are. They connected us with a buyer who was already pre-approved within 24-hours of listing and prior to the first open house. This was the family who we ultimately sold to because they were a fellow military family who loved our home as much as we loved it. We had 6 full price or over list price offers within 4 days of listing. The open house was amazing! They set up an expertly hosted open house (three times) with short notice, and made me want to buy my own house! The attention to detail and presentation was amazing. The open house is tailored to you, your needs, your neighborhood and your house. We were able to leave for the weekend of the open houses and they managed everything. We did a 21 day escrow which was a work of magic. EVERY reference they provided, from the loan agent (Jon Solek, so amazing), to repairman (Manny, who showed up the day before Thanksgiving to do roof repairs on our new house due to rain in the forecast), carpet cleaning (Pinks), et al. In short, the people the recommended not only complemented their team, but had the same level of expertise and integrity as that of Steven and his team. Now, this process was not without its problems. The selling agent and escrow company of the house we were buying were absolutely horrible and incompetent, but we had to work with them because of the seller. That being said, Steven, Brittney, Jon, and their team were able to personally massage the process and guide the selling team's incompetence to success. When you put your stamp on someone, a team, or a brand, you risk the integrity of your stamp and your brand. I do not hesitate in recommending Steven, Brittney and her teammates. (Caveat: The above applies to Brittney and Steven, with them as your lead). Brian and Krystal C.

I found a tile that I loved but they quoted me a price I could tell was a little high. I went searching online for someone else who carried it and no luck. I ended up calling the Fontana location and off the cuff Matt was SO nice and gave me a great price. He shipped the material to Aneheim at no cost, and then checked in a few days later to make sure everything worked out. 2. Fast forward a few months, my contractor asked me to get more tile. I called Matt in Fontana again, and again, great service and he didn't bump up the price even though prices are rising like crazy right now. Again shipped to Anaheim, no problem. 3. 2 weeks later: We went to Anaheim to pick up the material, it was lost. The Anaheim folks were a little snippy from the start... not a super friendly tone. I called Matt back, he sent out a replacement shipment and had it delivered to my home. What a champ!! Thanks Matt for the great customer service, prices, and recovering well when there was a hiccup. PS I LOVE the tile I picked and am so excited to see it in my remodeled bathroom.
