I have a long story of a nightmare turned into a job well done and I want to thank Oscar and Fausto at Rialto Flooring! I don't even know if Thank you is enough for the way Oscar has taken Care of us ! Talk about taking care of the customer! Last year we were in process of remodel when covid took over our world. We had delay one right after another . When searching for my carpet I had a sample and was set on the carpet I wanted that I had a sample from another place and found my wood flooring I wanted from Rialto . When I went into their showroom I was greeted by Victor and this guy hands down was so nice and helpful not only did he sell me my wood floor but these guys gave me a good price in both my carpet and flooring. I had already had measurements for my carpet of what I needed but Oscar came to re measure and it was a good thing they did because we would of ordered too much carpet . I had a friend who was going to lay my carpet and floor already so I only needed to purchase. We had our carpet installed and after several months it started buckling and lifting in many areas my installer came back twice to fix it within this past year . When I seen it doing it again going on the third time I called my installer but he recommended that I call the vendor and put a claim in . When I did, they said that I would have to go through the place I purchased for them to put a claim in so I did . Oscar put a claim in but when they came to evaluate the vendor didn't want to take responsibility for it and said this was installer error because there was specific instructions for this blue back lined carpeting that I spent $10 k on approximately and that the place we purchased from Was responsible for not telling my installer. However they were not given instructions either so we went back and forth . Oscar was quick to take care of me and sent his Crew of installers to take care of for me and this wasn't a little job ! This was a total redo just as if we had it installed all over again. ! Fausto his partner stayed at my house all Day leading the crew moving furniture and putting it all back together room by room without complaint or making me feel bad . Honestly Oscar and fausto didn't have to do this but they seen what needed to be done to make It right regardless of the vendor taking responsibility or not and did what they had to ! I am So grateful that there is still small businesses who care about customers and their satisfaction! Thank you Oscar for all you did for me ! I contacted Oscar to do a roofing repair job for a leaking room extension in my house that acts as a patio for the second floor, and Oscar provided the best prices anywhere. After he came over to the house and looked at the work that would need to be done he already had a good idea of what would need to be done and laid out exactly what would need to be done. Oscar is very knowledgeable in the field. When the job was all done everything looked great and professional! We did still encounter some small leaks after the fact and I notified Oscar. Within a week he was back at the house and making the necessary repairs at no additional cost. This is a trustworthy construction crew that offers great prices and backs up their work (hard to find such a combo nowadays). Overall good experience! We had a busted pipe under our main bathroom shower. The bathroom ended up being a goodd 90% gutted. Oscar and fausto came out and gave us an estimate. Price was fair, we chose them because we felt they could do the work the way we wanted and seemed to be great guys. Oscar did a great job helping design the bathroom, showed us his shpwroom to pick out all the tiles and such. He came buy the house a few times to check how everything was going and such. He worked hard to ensure everything stayed on budget and was good to go. Great guy, seems to really care about people. Fausto did a great job on the work he did. He was fast at getting the work done, great personality and does great work. He seems to take a lot of pride in what he does. Betho was awesome. He did most of the work on his own. A few of the days he had some help, but it was mostly just him. He worked really well with our scheduals, and made it a point to confirm times for the work. I am not a person to write a bad review. I run a business and I wouldn't want anyone to write a bad one about me unless it was necessary and justified.but I feel like this time I needed too since the owner oscar did nothing to accommodate our complaint. I was referred to this business by a good friend of mine, once walking in we were greeted by victor (nice good customer sevice) provided by him.I have nothing bad to say about him. He was very helpful and gave us many options. We closed a deal on a $1300 transaccion and I was told that they can deliver to just call in 2 weeks before. I was happy that they only charged us $60 and took a lot of stress and worry off our hands since remodeling could be a head ache. Victor received a call from me requesting our delivery and I was surprised to hear that rialto flooring was not going to be able to deliver because both of their trucks broke down and they asked if I could have ny contractor pick them up. I felt the stress right away, stress and worry I wanted to avoid from the beginning. I told victor that my contractor was not able to,he is an older guy and he doesnt have the strength. Victor then gave me the option to have someone deliver the tile but I or someone needed to help him unload 73 boxes. I told him that it was not our agreement and to talk to oscar the owner and if I needed to pay a little extra I will (but I did not think it was fair to pay more than what we agreed from the beginning which was $50) I was trying to meet them half ways to just get it over with. Victor called me back and said that the owner oscar will have someone deliver for $100 more. That's a total of $150 dollars for delivery.Did I mention we are about 20 from 7.3 miles away. I told oscar I didnt think oscar was going to say 100 I was thinking more like $50 more. Victor flet the irritation on my voice and offered to pay $60 from his pocket. I did not agree, he did not have to do that. Specially since he is just Oscar's worker. In fact oscar was the one who should consider just charging me $50 more for delivery. I felt victor wanted to help me and help oscar keep my future business. I thanked victor for trying, but I am disappointed with the owners way of handling a situation that was not my fault. read more

I hired AAGC to build 2 2-car garages for my property. With the first wind storm, over 110 sq. ft. of the shingles were peeled off the roof like a sheet of paper. When I called them they said "We don't cover wind damages" which I can understand, but when it is brand new (less than 6 months old) and all other shingle roofs around it stayed intact during the storm. It just raise my suspicions. When I hired them again to repair their own work. They charged me $1292 When I came back home, I received a call from another contractor who I tried to contact earlier, he gave me a quote for $700, and I checked the average cost for the same project on http://www.homewyse.com/costs/cost_of_asphalt_shingles.html to find out that the average cost in my zip code to repair 150 sq. ft. shingles is between $478 to $668, and that means I paid more than double to repair the work that should have been done correctly in the first place.
