Though she wasn't our agent she was the listing agent. Which I paid her fees and commissions as part of the deal. She treated me with complete disrespect on every level of communication. When we called her she continually refused to return calls concerning information regarding the property. We left numerous messages to no avail. Finally I text her and she still ignored our calls. Until I text her that I guess the only way I would get any answers was to show up at the real estate office, which she finally responded with this quote- "I don't have to talk to you" Now there had been no acrimony or terse communication thus far so I am Bewildered at her response. I left a message at the Real Estate office and no one responded there either. To say the least our experience was very un business like and unprofessional.

We kept getting asked let's get into escrow so fast felt like we were rushing. When we finally got into escrow nothing was done what we asked for. The home inspection was done and lots of things wrong with the home. We asked that lots of stuff be fixed. We were told that all the things we asked for were going to be done but it was a lie it was not done. For example the fire place was fixed incorrectly and when we turned it on the fire came shooting out at me and my kids. We were also told a termite inspection was done and come to find out it was only done on the inside. When we moved in the whole house full of termites real slick. Also we still have the lock box on our door sloppy looking no one has come to take it off. So many other things. I spoke to a lead there at the company and why didn't I know she never called us back. I should have known she would for look at the service we got. This is horrible we are sad when we supposed to happy and now trying to figure out this about the termites. I also have to buy Bo cutters to cut the lock box off. They got paid from the sale and left us hanging when I ask about speaking with the seller it's against the law. The manager from Keller said did you do your final walk thru well we are not handyman how do we know if things were fixed we asked if they were fixed correctly And we were told yes and they were not. We were lied to about the termite report this is not right this is our first home and got done like this. Your agent supposed to take care of you make sure smooth landing. Now we are in a bad situation and don't try calling them because they don't care. Trust I tried already and you. The agent did show up to every appt but unfortunately this was done sloppy and my whole thing is they don't care

I checked it out as it was being remodeled and I liked it for the price that I was initially quoted from the landlord. My problem with this property manager is that their new property manager Griselda is unprofessional. She didn't answer my pest control request until a month later when I called and only texted back responses like at 10pm at night telling me that in the future that I will have to pay for pest control when that is not what my lease agreement says. I didn't realize it at the time but my unit is constantly getting earwigs and spiders all over the house and even as I'm showering. I have to keep an eye open just in case a spider lands on me.... I was BIT by an earwig while sitting in my living room out of nowhere so obviously it is a needed maintenance. Why am I being penalized for it? I've never had this experience with any other complex. Update: I got a text back from the property management with a different tone. I contacted my landlord who resolved the problem so I will give a Star for that.

Veronica's inability to complete simple tasks such as reviewing amendments with corrections to add my fiance to the title meant that she submitted incorrect and inaccurate paperwork that needed to be corrected later on. The lack of accountability meant that she blamed others for her failings including our loan officer and realtor. I've never met anyone as unprofessional as her through the process, and would recommend anyone who uses Arbor One to request a different Escrow Officer. Also Arbor One charges extremely high rates and fees to provide below average service. I had to request 3 quotes from other escrow companies and the next highest one was still $1200 less than Arbor One.

If you decide to go that route you will find out, if you don't already know, FHA loans are very picky on the home conditions and price. With that said, Sharon showed us some homes in our area, some in ok condition and some in not so ok condition that were within our price range. They didn't fit the standards of an FHA loan or our likes. This market right now is a sellers' market so we were worried that we would have to go back to renting. I don't understand why they kept asking for updates because their office handled the escrow, so they should have been aware of where I was in the process of selling my home. When I didn't have updates because the process was taking longer than expected, they became rude. Finally I changed my mind about leasing the property because I was afraid that I'd have to deal with their rudeness and unprofessionalism during my entire lease. No thank you! I never took up residency and they kept my entire deposit. When I asked for half back, in true form, they sent me a two-paged letter stating why they weren't giving it back. It was full of double-talk and verbiage that only someone in the real estate business would know. They are just glorified car salespeople. Always looking for an angle and it's all about MONEY! MONEY!
