Aloha! As a relatively new patient at this particular clinic, after many years living FT on Maui,…read moreI am very happy to publicly thank KWMC staff for consistently excellent care. In my life, the importance of that is tremendous and my mahalos is beyond words.

Terrible care. You're just making them money. Heal yourself. I was delayed, denied and deposed. I…read morewas charged for half a dozen visits or more. They stole my money and dropped my care. Received zero help over 3 months trying tirelessly. I have verified imaged X-rays and MRIs from Maui memorial and diagnostic imaging of fractures and mris of herniations from these past months as well. Through all the visits and copays and insurance premiums received ZERO TREATMENT. The owner "Dr Yee" and directors like Joel Krause are profiting millions per year plus bonuses and stock options and insider trading. Doctor Daley informed me they are "bound by contracts" to give certain types of care. He said he wishes he could help me but that's not how the system works. I thanked him for his honesty at least and begged him to please just help me get a cast for my fractured wrist and parasite medication. He told me I could order a cast on Amazon. He gaslit me about having parasites. The lab destroyed my specimen and urine samples after waiting for results. It's also very difficult for me to keep going back and forth to a ridiculous amount of appointments when I could be simply helped the first time. I'm just trying to receive help. I'm paying for insurance already, paying for these visits on top of it as well so what am I paying for? That's their game. Delay, deny, depose. Or they will milk you for insurance payments to pay their HMSA CEOs and directors like Mark mugiishi, Janna nakagawa, and Joel Krause. Just look how much money these folks r paid. And think about what you deal with when you try and get care. And they aren't paying the receptionist or other workers any of it either. They r in the same boat as the patients. Being used and abused. I'd like to further state MY INTENTION is to just get treated for my injuries and illness and be well. And to spread awareness about the imbalance of wages for health care employees so everyone is compensated and treated more fairly. Completely non violent. You're welcome. Jesus loves you. Whistle blown

Horrible staff! I came in for my allergy shot appointment in the morning at the Aiea location and I…read morethought they checked me in. However, all these other patients came and went, but I was never called. About 1.5 hrs later, I still wasn't called. This should've been a quick shot and then I would be out the door in a few mins. Then again, this wasn't the first time this has happened. The last time this happened, I had asked the staff how much longer I had to wait after waiting for an hour, but found out they had forgotten about me and proceeded to get me with my doctor asap, only to be lectured to be understanding since Saturdays are busy and to not book on Saturdays. So, I tried to hold on a bit longer this time, but after almost 2 hrs I was reaching my breaking point. Finally, the person who supposedly checked me in noticed me and asked if I was still waiting. I was super shocked at this point. When I told them how long I was waiting for, their faces said it all. They had once again forgotten about me. Then proceeded to get me with the doctor for my shot. I also understand the doctor can be very curt but I was already feeling put off by their staff earlier and it didn't help with my mood. I didn't get any sincere apology at all from them either; Just a quick "oh sorry" sort of apology. Not even after I was done with my allergy shot. Ultimately, I decided I was done. I didn't want to get brushed off by them anymore on top of getting shots that aren't improving my allergies at all. I can't say who the staff member was, because I want to be careful not to make this about race or identity. Sooooo, if you folks are still going here, make sure you check they actually checked you in. They should also be "understanding" about your time too. Otherwise, what's the point of appointments.

Dr. Kuo was super informative and has a great sense of humor. The staff was friendly and getting…read moreallergy shots was quick and easy. I would recommend going there.
