He went above and beyond with making me feel comfortable and getting to know me as a client. Jerry was incredibly generous and a complete professional. I have never felt happier with the result of a hair appointment. It was incredibly natural with my roots. Three months later, and my hair has stood the test of time despite growing out. I cannot wait to return to his salon again.

I had an appointment there last week and unfortunately right beforehand I caught covid and I called to let them know. The man I spoke to was like "okay...so? Are you saying you want to cancel?" I was shocked - does this mean they would rather have someone come in with covid than have them cancel? I understand losing the time for them is bad, but would you rather have me come in coughing? After hanging up I felt really odd about the convo but didn't have the energy to think too much about it. Cut to...today (a little over a week later) I check my credit card account and they have charged it $185. For literally NO SERVICES. I called to inquire and he just says "Yep the owner makes the decisions and I'll see if she's willing to take the charge off but no guarantees". Ummm what? Due to their late cancel policy. I asked him if they would have let me come in with covid. Of course not, and they also have COVID policies where you sign saying you will not come in with it or symptoms of it. And yet they have the audacity to charge my card $185?? For a place that denies the ability to even use your credit card they sure seem to love charging it for literally nothing! Such a scam.
