My RX has been on a national wide shortage and has been a challenge to not only get each month but also plan around and figure out how to best set expectations. Other pharmacies have been curt, unhelpful and made a stressful situation worse - but NOT these folks - they have been SUPERB! I can't say enough about how they have patiently assisted me with questions, educated me when needed and responded promptly each and every time I've needed anything. Again, pharmacies can be an under the radar type of relationship for many of us - but if you have the option - these folks are professional, helpful and all around impressive at their job! With no fabric store within 50 miles, they took out most of the fabric, leaving a few remnants and the rest prepackaged yards. They no longer carry fleece, and they don't even carry felt squares. Many other items I used to buy have been removed from the store as well, so finding what I am looking for has become much more difficult across the board. PS - the staff has been doing their best, I'm sure they have been receiving a lot of complaints like mine. I surely hope things improve when this is all over!

The circumstances were such that the glasses were worn within normal limits ; however, suddenly the stem of the plastic glasses snapped off ! I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!! The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . She walked me to the eye glass section and offered an exchange. I was delighted. What great customer relations care.
