It's a tiny shop; currently only allowing one person/family in at a time. There was about 20 flavors to choose from (seasonal and summer specials). Sad that you currently can't sample any flavours. Lime cilantro sorbet (that wasn't listed) peaked my interest. - Double scoop ($8.00) - we added a waffle one ($1.00) and decided on the sour cherry and guava papaya sorbet as our two flavours. They were very generous scoops. The sour cherry was the winner with real pieces of cherry (a slightly sour bite). Stronger in papaya than guava flavour. I think their sorbet texture could use a bit of work but overall, we were happy campers. - Single scoop ($6.00) - my sister went with the same flavours as we weren't sharing. Always nice when you have the options to choose two flavours in a single scoop. Credit cards only. Massive scoops. 3.5 stars.

There only two tables inside the store. We arrived the place at 7 pm. It was empty, not busy at all. We got inside the store and waited for a server to take the order. There were about 2 workers working outside and 3 workers inside the kitchen. They saw us, but Nobody talked to us. The two people who worked at the front were doing their own things. They were 100% ignored us. We stood there and waited about 5 - 10 mins. One guy who worked at the front had to ask someone from the kitchen to help us. It was very horrible customer service ever. We quickly took the order and left the store. The ice cream tasted fine. Just its customer service was terrible. Never go back to this location.

Then just recently Pinnovate celebrated their first birthday party. At their birthday their was complimentary goodies from cobs bakery, complimentary ice cream or gelato from Fiasco gelato, pizza from coco brooks and coffee from rosso coffee roasters. Upon arriving you'll note the bar, it is massive and inviting. From my perspective the best place to sit is the bar to really take in the place. The bar looks into the inner workings of the kitchen so you can really feel part of the process. Service was excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Of note is they don't make you feel rushed, they are attentive but not intrusive. The food is amazing. Both of us were in the mood for a burger so we shared the Starbelly and Grilled Chicken burger. The kitchen took the extra step to divide both, giving us a chance to try both individually. I can't say enough about this place and I do hope they open a similar concept in the north.
