Unfortunately, they were not able to repair the unit because parts were not surprisingly no longer available (still the Covid effect). Instead, they replaced the entire unit with a "smart" opener. The thing is literally whisper quiet, and I love the technology. The price was very fare, and they even went above and beyond- with no extra fee- to fix the main large spring that was dangerously about to pop. Eeks! Great customer service! Honest, courteous, convenient, expeditious, and very fair pricing. More recently I was in need of having a new garage remote control added and another reprogrammed. It was easy to make an appointment on line at my convenience. Jeremy, my technician, called to let me know he was on his way. The text link I was sent let me follow his progress to the house. He listened to my concerns, asked good questions about the garage door, and spent some time evaluating the problem. He then explained what he had found and we discussed three options regarding the best solutions. He showed me the cost of each option so I could choose what I wanted to do at this time. I felt the prices quoted were reasonable for the work to be done. After I approved an option, he completed the repair immediately. The technicians carry most of the parts they might need to do a repair in their truck. After he was done, he explained the work he had completed and showed me how to work the new equipment I had purchased. I am very happy with Precision and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.
