They diagnosed the problem, made the fix along with a few other routine maintenance things like tightening the spring and relocating a few misaligned rollers. Soon after they left, the problem returned. I contacted the company and they sent one of the same techs out the next morning who took one look and told me the unit was shot and a new replacement was needed. Now, I was looking at a complete unit replacement after a repair that hadn't solved the problem. I contacted the office manager and she told me she would get back to me. Several days passed and I had to reach out again to request a solution. I proposed paying for the additional work they had done on the door itself and a refund for the failed repair but was denied and offered only a small discount on a new unit installation. I restated my concern but received no further replies. Unfortunately, the initial visit was very promising, but the company was not interested in solving my issue or "Guaranteeing Satisfaction" as their website states.
