Now, I was looking at a complete unit replacement after a repair that hadn't solved the problem. I contacted the office manager and she told me she would get back to me. Several days passed and I had to reach out again to request a solution. I proposed paying for the additional work they had done on the door itself and a refund for the failed repair but was denied and offered only a small discount on a new unit installation. I restated my concern but received no further replies.
