Pittsburgh airport is undergoing a lot of changes at the moment and many of the usual food options have disappeared...marathon diner might be the best option for a quick bite. They feature a bunch of Greek options (gyros, salads) along with burgers and sandwiches. I got a gyro and fries For the gyro, the pita was soft and tender, definitely fresh. The meat on the sandwich was plentiful and well seasoned. Great portion size Also really the fries that came along were hot and crispy I also appreciate the fact that they sell bottled beverages so you can pack extra in your carry on for the journey. Would definitely come back on future visits to this airport

The Scrambled Eggs are Delecious! I stop here every flight no matter the time of day. I get breakfast.

I don't know if it's just me... I got a gyro. The bread was soggy, and I couldn't taste the tatziki. The coleslaw was very vinegary, practically inedible. The service was fast as it is inside the Pittsburgh airport. It came out hot, so it was very promising.

Great food, first time I had anything from here. Ate here early in the morning while waiting to catch a flight to Houston, TX. Food was good and quick and hit the spot.

You can tell the owner is a hard-working dude! He was behind the counter today slinging gyros and breakfast food. Loved finding this more "local" spot within the Airport where you are usually surrounded by chains. It was the smell that drew me in! The veggie gyro was pretty solid. I would have liked to have seen some falafel or feta cheese on there for protein. The wrap was a little soggy. Also, I was missing the Mediterranean seasoning from the wrap. The fries were okay (I added a lot of salt and pepper). This place is getting 4 stars for the backstory and the hardworking team!

Marathon Diner is a casual restaurant that is located inside the airport. This restaurant serves breakfast foods, sandwiches, burgers, gyros, salads, sides, and beverages. Prices are OK for an airport. In the morning before our flight, my husband and I felt hungry for breakfast. At this restaurant, we did not have to wait in line long to order our food. Several minutes later, an employee handed the food over to us. The employee forgot to give me my bacon, so I requested it, and they quickly gave it to me. The food was simple but tasted good. Our bacon was perfectly crispy. Our toast was nicely toasted, and jellies in different flavors were available. Our potatoes and our eggs were cooked well. We enjoyed the taste of our orange juices. Some tables and chairs were nearby.

Pretty solid breakfast for an airport restaurant. I ordered the ham and cheese omelette which came with potatoes and 2 pieces of toast. Pretty good deal in my opinion! Food comes out fast and service is good.

Exactly as advertised, this food has the look and flavor that you'd expect from your favorite diner with a bit higher prices. With that said, the portion size was very generous and easily fed two while the taste was pretty good. I also liked how there were breakfast options available all day.

At the airport, I immediately beelined to the restaurant when I saw it. I ordered the PB Reuben. It was a massive sandwich piled with almost 2 inches of corned beef and pastrami. The flavor of the meat was amazing. It was interesting to have fries on the sandwich which added a different texture to the food when I bit into them. I really loved the sandwich so much so that I was thinking about it the next day. Truly one of the most fulfilling and delicious sandwiches I have ever tasted. Our server, Emily, was a rock star. She was appropriately attentive and always had a nice smile on her face while she helped us. The restaurant had a bar feel to it which made it a comfortable place to have lunch while waiting for my flight. I am glad we followed through on the recommendation to eat here.

And yeah, I'm sure it's not as good as the originals, but if you're a tourist or someone who's never had it before, this is still a perfectly solid introduction to what Primanti's is. One thing I appreciated: you can order sandwiches to take home with you, just not fully assembled "to go." They'll separate everything so the fries and slaw don't turn your sandwich into soup by the time you get to your destination. Smart move honestly. I took the Capicola home and ate the pastrami there at the airport. Once I got home I added an egg to the Capicola, which is definitely the move if you're eating it outside the restaurant. Still, I ended up liking the pastrami more. I'm just not really a gabagool guy, but I wanted to eat the hits. And honestly? Even after all these years, it still tasted exactly how I wanted it to taste. That's probably the best compliment I can give it. You can also sit inside or outside, which honestly changes the whole airport experience. If you want to escape the chaos of people pacing around on speakerphone, sit inside. If you want to people-watch and judge airport outfits, sit "outside" and just gawk at humanity rolling by. Also: get the pickles. Always get pickles.

My husband and I visited this particular DiBella's Subs in Robinson Township one time. Menu items include submarine sandwiches (e.g., salami, ham, turkey, corned beef, tuna, roast beef, capicola, chicken, cheesesteak, meatball, and veggie), salads (e.g., pasta, macaroni, and potato), and cookies (e.g., chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin). For lunch my husband ordered a 10-inch grilled chicken Philly sandwich. After he paid and had his receipt, an employee asked him if he had ordered a different sub, and he corrected her, and then she dishonestly told another employee that he had "changed" his mind. After many minutes, an employee handed him the correct sandwich. Including tax and tip, it cost about $16. The restaurant contained many tables and chairs, but we got the sandwich as takeout. My husband said that he liked the taste of his grilled chicken Philly sandwich.

There was a time where you could bite into a DiBella's sub and there would be a generous portion of meat on it. Now? Most bites are just a lot of bread and toppings. I have never had an issue with the service here. Unless you consider not loading up the subs part of the service. Everyone is friendly. Because there is so little meat on the subs, I would now consider them too expensive. On a scale of 1-5: Food - 2 Service - 4.5 Price - 2
