I went to Carmax on a Monday after work, without an appointment, and they were able to see me right away. Since the quote started online, it was an easy process to get registered by scanning a barcode and answering a few questions at the window. Once they test drove the car, the quote was the same. I was then given a list of instructions for my Tesla to reset it to its original factory settings. Please note that you have to do all the steps, even the step for the associate. Once that was done, I was brought over to talk to one of reps who presented the paperwork to sign. It was minimal and the explanation was clear. My balance due at the bank will be handled by Carmax and I was given the remainder of the profit via check. The process was pretty seamless! I'd definitely come back again if I have to sell my car.

Only 8,000 miles. All of the others in similarity, had way more miles or color and rim combinations that I didn't like as much. The trick was to get it here, which resulted in a $199 non-refundable shipping fee. The car arrived on the very first day of expected delivery period. It wasn't long before I had them calling me up to take a test drive. I obliged and set it up for the next day. Impressed with the vehicle, I mostly had my mind made up to buy it. However, I was flying to Ohio the following day and told them to hold it for 7 days. They kinda squirmed on this even though it is plainly stated on their website and told me that it needed managers approval.. Fast forward 7 days later I set up the time to purchase and honestly it was a smooth, quick experience. The only snag I had was I was only given 1 key, and photos on post showed 2. So I had to pay upfront and have them reimburse me. How much? $1260 for that key! They sent me a check in the mail for this amount, with no hassles. Well, I really was cheap bastard with myself for many years and decided now this is for me. And I love this lighting fast car! I guess my midlife crisis hit me kinda late.. All that's missing now is the sugar baby right??!!

Your better off going with other companies and asking around before settling with the price they give you. They offered me 300 when another company is coming to pick it up for 500. Just the catalytic converters, rims and cooling system runs up higher than 1000. Wheelzy is a better company and they don't play around with there prices and try and change it last minute. He encouraged me to take it for a thorough test drive and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Every question I asked was answered honestly and professionally. I explained my payment situation and what I needed for my business, and Tony and his team worked hard to find a solution that fit. Their professionalism, transparency, and customer service exceeded every expectation I had. As the owner of Another Plumber, I rely on dependable vehicles to serve my customers, and I couldn't be happier with this experience. I'll absolutely be purchasing my next work vehicle from Tony and his team. Without a doubt, this was the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. But I kept procrastinating because I couldn't stomach the thought of going to a dealership and spending too much time with the back and forth haggling....Then I read a post on NextDoor where someone raved about using the services of an auto broker named Branco Motors. So I thought to myself, "Why not try them out"? instead of going through the Costco buying service that I'd been contemplating using. I spoke with Grant Ruthenberg and told him the model I was interested in. He explained the he receives a fee from the dealership but he'd be working to get me the best price. He got back to me the very next day with what I was looking for. Ever the skeptic, I ran his proposal and the invoice through ChatGPT and asked if I'd gotten a reasonable deal. ChatGPT answered, "FINAL VERDICT: This is a fair, clean, and pretty good deal. You could spend weeks calling dealers and possibly not do better. You're not being overcharged. The numbers match reality. And the transparency is excellent." So who was I to argue? I told Grant to go ahead with the purchase and he told me the car could be delivered the next day. I was informed about the ETA of delivery and given a more precise ETA as they had more info (the car was coming from Riverside and I'm in Bonita). Grant had me sign the paperwork and explained what I was signing when questions arose. I gave him the check and then we went out, sat in the SUV and he explained all the new features. He set up the Apple CarPlay and paired my garage door opener so that I no longer had to use the remote. When I no longer had questions about the Palisade he graciously moved my very heavy dog crates to the new car! Above and beyond! This is the best car buying experience I've had in my 71 years and I will be recommending Branco Motors to anyone in the market for a new car.

5 Stars - Outstanding Experience at Miramar Motorsports…read more My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota Sequoia from Miramar Motorsports, and we could not be more satisfied with the entire experience. As a 67-year-old business owner, I have purchased many vehicles over the years for both personal and business use. Without hesitation, I can say that Miramar Motorsports is one of the most professional, organized, and customer-focused dealerships I have ever worked with anywhere in the country. Miramar Motorsports is a family-owned business, and we had the pleasure of working directly with Ali and Mike. From start to finish, they were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. They made us feel valued throughout the entire process. The Toyota Sequoia we purchased was exactly as advertised and in outstanding condition. What really impressed me was the level of care and attention they put into preparing their vehicles. Their in-house mechanics thoroughly serviced the vehicle using quality replacement parts. Since the mileage was approaching the manufacturer's recommended timing belt service interval, they proactively replaced the timing belt and addressed other important maintenance items at the same time. They also replaced the water pump, front brakes, and rotors, ensuring the vehicle was ready for years of reliable service. Another thoughtful touch was that they had the catalytic converter stamped for identification purposes in the event it is ever stolen. This demonstrated their commitment to protecting their customers even after the sale. The paperwork process was equally impressive. Everything was handled professionally and presented in a well-organized binder. They took the time to review the Carfax report with us line by line, explaining every detail and answering all of our questions. As an added bonus, they even sent us home with a full tank of gas. Anyone living in California knows that's not a small gesture these days! It's just another example of the extra steps they take to make sure their customers leave completely satisfied. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the way we were treated by everyone at Miramar Motorsports. Their honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, I will absolutely return to Miramar Motorsports and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an outstanding buying experience.

My initial sales experience back in November was a nightmare. The salesperson seemed focused only on his commission, the car didn't come with a spare key, and I didn't realize until I got home that they hadn't even filled the gas tank. I honestly avoided returning here because of how poorly I was treated. However, I recently had to come in for issues with my TPMS sensors and a faulty door sensor. A huge shout-out to Sal and Felipe in the service department for turning things around. They were incredibly efficient, accommodating, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. From the very beginning, the experience was a mess. I first called to ask about the part and was shuffled back and forth between the parts department and service department, which was already frustrating. When I finally reached someone, the employee was kind and told me to come in so they could check it out. A few days later, I showed up in person and the same thing happened -- bounced between parts and service, multiple employees who didn't seem trained or aware of how to help with a simple issue. Eventually, Michael helped me and assured me they would order the part ASAP. He gave me the price, said they could install it, and I confirmed the cost multiple times to avoid any surprises. I asked if I should pay now or get some kind of confirmation or estimated date, but they gave me nothing. Strange, but since they're the Acura dealership, I trusted them. They offered a free car wash while I waited -- and I regret accepting it. It took over an hour, even after I mentioned I was pressed for time and just needed the car checked. Once it was finally done, I had to keep asking for updates because it felt like they forgot about me. I left with no paperwork, no confirmation, nothing... but still hopeful they'd follow through. A month later, nothing. No call, no update, no part. After three weeks, I called to check in. The person who answered had no idea what I was talking about. It was like the order never existed. He said he would talk to Michael and get back to me. Of course, no one ever did. No call, no email, nothing. This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly not on top of anything. I wish I hadn't wasted my time coming here or waiting for them. Now I have to start the entire process over somewhere else. Would not recommend this dealership at all.

The car wasn't brand-new (nor did I expect it to be‼), but I just wanted something reliable that drove from Point A to Point B. My rental looked more than decent & was very dependable. I liked how convenient it was to drop-off my rental in their parking lot after business hours too! And I received my deposit back the next day. If you are looking for a car to look flashy in however this may not be the place for you. I subtracted one star because: Every time you rent from them, you have to pay extra for a credit check which I am totally fine with. However even if you rented a car from them a wk ago - you still have to pay for another credit check to obtain a rental. Also, I had reserved a rental using their online reservation system but when I called to confirm if the vehicle was available, the agent told me the reservation never went through. Finally, the rental car market was pretty much saturated in July (not their fault) + I was told to keep calling to see if they had any available rentals. The person who was answering the phones sounded a bit annoyed when I called multiple times. All in all, a great place to goif you are looking for an affordable rental car solution!!
