I wanted to get my car inspected for my insurance and it took them 3 weeks to get it done as they were always messing things up. I spoke to Arnel and told me the crack in my windshield will be fine but when I went there they told me to get it fixed. After I fixed my windshield they told me to come back by Saturday at 9am to do the inspection but the mechanic wasn't there. For the third time that I went back to this shop, they did not inspect my car. The mechanic just signed the paper without taking a look of my car and filled in the paper WRONG. So I went back the same day to get it done and explained to the owner the mistakes and I wrote down one by one what needs to get done properly. Unfortunately, the mechanic wasn't there anymore so I have to go back the next day which will be the 5th time. I went back the next morning and the paper wasn't even filled in properly that I have to tell them where they screwed up AGAIN. The owners of this shop are not professional and they are incompetent. I do not recommend this car shop and don't waste your time and money in this place. They will also blame you for their mistakes.

After I had gotten 2 quotes from other local autobody repair shops of $1,700 and $1,200, I thought it was worth getting another quote. Not only could Detailz do it sooner and faster it cost less than $500!!! It looks amazing! I think the big repair shops don't want the little jobs. I highly recommend Detailz for minor repairs and detailing. I've created a before and after using Mac Pages. I can't seem to figure out how to post it to this review.

Hello. I strongly do not recommend using the services of this company. Briefly summarize my…read moresituation. I had a collision in a parking lot on August 25. I immediately filed an insurance claim. After receiving an estimate from the insurance company on the 30th I booked a day with Simplicity Car Care Calgary South where I could leave my car for repair. The repair day turned out to be a month later on September 25, as they assured me that they needed time to order the parts. Well, with a damaged car I am waiting for the appointed date and on September 25 I left my car, it was agreed that they will do the repair in 5 days, in the end they did it in 16, because they did not order the parts for the previous month. Not only that they repaired three times longer than the stated time, but they did not repair the side view mirror. There was a crack on the housing, but they assured me that they would replace it within 1-2 weeks. As a result, 20 days have passed since then, they are silent and are not going to repair what they were obliged to do. I do not recommend using the services of this company.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Concept-1 last month. I had to tow my Westfalia…read moreto them because of transmission problems. The assessment I got the next day was that the transmission had to be rebuilt or replaced. They didn't say directly but skirted around the fact that they didn't want to do the job and they didn't have any referrals of someone who would do the job. They essentially said that I should pull my vehicle from their shop, have it towed back to my house and start looking for a new mechanic. I found one who came to my house, took one quick look and said "There's no transmission fluid in here!" We went and got some tranny fluid, put it in, and the vehicle was operational again. It still needed work on the transmission but at least the most basic and fundamental step was taken to address the problem - put fluid in. I don't know why Concept-1 would not have done that nor how they could have made a proper assessment of the transmission problem without fluid in it! I won't be trusting them with my vehicle again.
