Admittedly some of us had not eaten there in a few months but we immediately noticed that the sangria was very different and not nearly as tasty without the wonderful variety of fruits at the bottom of the glasses, as it did before. Disappointing! My husband suggesting eating at Diego's because he was craving his favorite dish, the grilled Mango Tequila pork chops on a bed of mashed sweet potatoes! It was actually his favorite meal in town. He thought it was that good! Sadly, that dish was no longer on the menu and instead a small dry flavorless pork skewer on white rice was offered in it's place. Needless to say he was more than extremely disappointed! I hope we can find something else there in the future he might like.

The food was delicious, and the drinks were excellent, large, and perfectly strong! The waitresses were amazing, very friendly, attentive, and fast. The service was truly excellent. I loved the atmosphere too. We were sitting out on the patio with our dog, enjoying the beautiful, relaxed setting. It was such a nice experience! To make the visit even more special, we met Diane, the owner of the restaurant. She was such a lovely and kind lady. She even came over to us and offered our dog some water. That little gesture really made an impression on us. Needless to say, Diego's is now one of my favorite places! I'm already looking forward to coming back. Great food, great drinks, wonderful service, a beautiful patio, and genuinely nice people. What more could you ask for?

Ordered 2 chicken and 1 beef. They tasted delicious! I was amazed because I honestly wasn't expecting much. But that first bite tasted so fresh and full of flavor from the bell peppers and onions. The decorations are fake ivy leaves and fake bark with moss on the walls and ceilings. Unfortunately, these things are difficult to keep clean and, therefore, carry a hefty amount of dust in the Enchanted Forest side where the restroom is located. Also, the fan in the Pastry shop looks like it has not been cleaned in 10 years. The employee handled dirty plates with the same gloved hand that he then used to continue making our food. Not sure I would return.
