He checked and did have the part available, more importantly he was willing to stay past his regular closing time and fix it! He then arranged to tow the car from the parking lot where it was stuck, to his garage, so I remained at home. When it was ready he thoroughly went over what was wrong and how it was repaired. He charged me for actual hours of labor, not according to the fake scale that dealers use. He also insisted my daughter call him on his cell phone when she arrived safely for some further checks. This was over a month ago and the car has been fine. The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars ( would give him 4.5 stars but don't see how to add the half star) is because I was charged for the tow and was not told the cost ahead of time. He did say my insurance company would most likely reimburse me, which they did. Also his estimate for the work was slightly higher than quoted, but he did say it was an estimate. I would return to him for other work, and was glad to find him. Lately there has been a lot in the news about mechanics ripping off women and treating us poorly, this is absolutely NOT the case here! I think this is a new business and I wish him luck.

The staff for me has been incredibly accommodating, the prices are reasonable considering the current climate, and for me personally my favourite part of the whole dealership experience is the pick off and drop off service for my Lincoln, but I no longer have to physically go to the dealership.

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced - Stay Far Away…read more I recently brought my 2024 Ford F-150 to Ciocca Ford of Flemington after the A/C completely stopped working during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The truck is less than a year old, has only 11,000 miles, and is a $75,000+ business vehicle I rely on daily. I understood they were busy and waited over a week for my appointment on Friday, July 25th. When I dropped it off, I was told it would only take 4-5 hours to fix. I planned my day and my business operations around that. But four hours passed. Five hours. No updates. Finally, right before closing, I get a call saying the blower motor (yes, in a nearly brand-new truck) is broken and needs to be replaced. I get it -- parts fail. But that's where the excuses stopped making sense and the poor service really began: * I was told the part would arrive Tuesday, July 29th. * I received no updates whatsoever on Tuesday -- nothing to confirm whether the part had arrived, whether the work had begun, or whether there was another delay. * I called repeatedly, left messages, and no one in service picked up or called back. I even had to call the sales department just to get a live human on the phone. * No loaner was offered because this is a Ford. Had I brought in a Lincoln, I would have been eligible to have a loaner. Finally, on Wednesday, I got a call that the truck is ready. When I go to pick it up, I simply ask what exactly was repaired, what the issue was, and the response I get is, "I have no idea." This isn't just bad service -- it's completely unacceptable. For a dealership that sells and services high-end trucks like the F-150, the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy is astonishing. If you're considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle here, don't. Go to any other Ford dealership where you'll get updates, support, and common respect. Ciocca Ford of Flemington has lost me as a customer for life.

This is the first time I have tried to be consistent with taking my car to get Toyota service. It costs more. But this time in 2 visits I paid almost $900 for front brakes and rotors! They ripped me off! I complained about shaking, they did half the job and charged me like I was getting everything replaced. Only to find out when the problem persisted, I have to pay full price for the part they DIDNT do the first time. Rip off! They shouldn't have charged me for any labor on this 2nd visit since they did this themselves. I knew it was expensive going to dealer but never expected to be cheated!

Tim was so incredibly gracious and took time to help. In addition, I have a 17-year old grandson, Kevie who has severe autism, doesn't talk and has to sit in the rear center car seat since he sometimes bites the inside of car doors. I asked Tim why I couldn't find a center rear floor mat so Kevie's grubby men-sized 10 shoes didn't discolor my carpet. Tim immediately called Rebecca Schindler manager of the Parts Dept. She put on her thinking cap and pulled out several sets of all weather mats for other Toyota vehicles and found in the pack of one of those sets a center piece (I think from an SUV) that fit between my already installed left and right rubberized mats just perfectly - real customer service. Two months after purchasing my Avalon - it wouldn't start. I gave road side assistance a call. They came, jumped my battery saying that nothing had been left on to create the drain and recommended that I get a new battery. I then called the dealership, explaining to Tim my angst at having this issue so early in my ownership. Tim said to bring down the car at my convenience and he would replace the battery. I did bring my car several days later and with a smile he fit me in for a new battery on a busy Friday - the work was completed in under 40 minutes.
