You drive your car to the back of the shop where there are 2 lanes. A mechanic will tell you which lane to go to and will ask you a series of questions. There is a car scent (choose a scent from lemon, vanilla, clean car, or baby powder), vacuum, windshield wash, and 14-point check included for no extra charge! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes before my name was called saying they were done! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete everything and my car feels and smells good as new! The staff were extremely professional and did not recommend unnecessary extras. WOW these guys were awesome. I was able to make an appointment to bring in the car and they promptly got to work upon arrival. When I came back to get the post inspection lowdown I unfortunately received bad news. The car is a lemon and I was advised strongly by 3 different people there not to buy this car unless the seller was asking no more than $800 (they're asking $3,075 despite the fact that Kelley blue book prices it at $2,300 if in GOOD condition which it's clearly not). For $100 I saved myself potentially thousands in near future repairs. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). The good news is they said they were able to patch up the tire and I didn't need to buy a new one! I was surprised and relieved.
