He even ran around the day prior to me meeting him to make sure the cars title was up to date. I had to drive about an hour away to get to him, but it was absolutely worth it. Nick left the car on the lift specifically so I could take a look under the car and he gladly popped the hood. He was very courteous and understanding. He disclosed anything and everything - I didn't have to question his honesty at all. He is very upfront. He allowed for me to take a test drive around the area and during the test drive he explained all of the details of the car - he also disclosed all of the improvements he had done to the car in the last month to get it ready to be sold. He provided a list as well and documentation as proof. I accepted the offer and Nick was patient enough to wait for me to go and grab a check from the bank. When I came back we had a brief talk about how to transfer the car, get a new registration and plates. This was the smoothest experience I have ever had when it comes to buying a car. You drive your car to the back of the shop where there are 2 lanes. A mechanic will tell you which lane to go to and will ask you a series of questions. There is a car scent (choose a scent from lemon, vanilla, clean car, or baby powder), vacuum, windshield wash, and 14-point check included for no extra charge! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes before my name was called saying they were done! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete everything and my car feels and smells good as new! The staff were extremely professional and did not recommend unnecessary extras. When I came back to get the post inspection lowdown I unfortunately received bad news. The car is a lemon and I was advised strongly by 3 different people there not to buy this car unless the seller was asking no more than $800 (they're asking $3,075 despite the fact that Kelley blue book prices it at $2,300 if in GOOD condition which it's clearly not). For $100 I saved myself potentially thousands in near future repairs. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.

I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). The good news is they said they were able to patch up the tire and I didn't need to buy a new one! I was surprised and relieved. Rather than staying focused on the job, the employee was incredibly petty, passive-aggressive with his delayed greetings, and actively tried to shift blame onto me while literally whining when called out. It felt less like an auto shop and more like dealing with an immature child throwing a tantrum. A customer should never be forced to manage a service advisor's fragile ego or childhood-level behavioral issues just to get a car serviced. To make matters worse, another employee from the shop called me later. Instead of calling to actually rectify a terrible customer experience, it was completely obvious he was just fishing for information, looking for internal gossip, and digging for details about what was said. This shop completely lacks professional guardrails, proper boundaries, and basic respect for their customers. They treat their front desk like a personal living room for emotional games. The one time I let them work on my car, they didnt fix it; they charged me over $300 for TRYING to figure out what was wrong with it; which they never told me that they were going to charge me for TRYING to figure out what was wrong with it. I spoke privately with a mechanic who worked there and HE knew what was wrong with it: a blown engine. I took it to another mechanic and he confirmed that it was a blown engine, which was obvious. By this point, however, since they were charging me over $300 for nothing, I wasnt going to let them install an engine. I pointed out to Mario that I shouldnt have to pay since they didnt do anything, and he got very nasty. Years later, I took another car there which clearly only needed to have bolts put in to reattach the exhaust pipe, but Mario tried to convince me that I need two new catalytic converters. When I pointed this out to Mario, another man there said "we fix cars to last years, not months". In my experiences, the people who run this business are crooks. I see that there are a few positive reviews of this business, I do not believe they are legit. For one thing, anyone who would claim they have good prices must have never been to any other auto shop. Given my experiences, I dont see how anyone could have had a good experience. NB I had to give the company one star, the system doesnt allow zero stars.
