Amazing! Everything is great, but breakfast is the best! And when you're done, take home a pan of fresh cinnamon rolls for later.

I explained it again and set a time for pick up the next morning. Jana called that morning to postpone my pickup time from 11am to 5pm. I showed up to pick it up and she wouldn't answer the phone or door. Finally at 5pm she answered the phone and told me the cake wasn't ready. She blamed it on family issues but I got my own too. What a disappointment. Be careful if you order from her.

NEVER USE HER. She and her male helper showed up 3 hours late to the wedding. Both DRUNK. Yes…read moreDRUNK. The wedding cake only had 3 tiers instead of 4. She said the 4th layer didn't make it whatever that means. It was not even done when they arrived. They were putting it together in a back room. The icing was not put on thick enough and It was nothing like what was ordered. The cake was dry. The cupcakes were all chocolate-not the 3 special flavors that was ordered and paid for. The icing tasted like it came out of a Duncan Hines can. The grooms cake looked like a hot mess and stuff just thrown on it and part of it not covered with icing. Needless to say this lady should NOT be doing cakes. So unprofessional, disorganized and seems to always have personal matters. She even met with the wedding party 4 times before the wedding. Like who is DRUNK and has an obligation to provide a service to people. Even the venue people couldn't believe it.

Okay, win, win, win. I've been wanting to stop by this coffee house for a while, but haven't had…read morethe chance to stop by and check it out because the normal business hours have this place typically close early by 2 PM; however, under a new owner I was informed that they close by 5 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The only reason my husband and I discovered this place opened tonight, Wednesday, was because we had gone to Heroes to eat, and went for an evening stroll. Upon approaching this store, we noticed the bright flashing "Open" sign, and he and I looked at each other, and we are like getting our laptops and heading in. I'm glad we came here on a Wednesday night, and all stars were aligned. The barista was a sweet girl, very accommodating and she made the best hot, dirty chai latte I've had. It wasn't too strong but just right. I already had my fill of coffee for the day, so maybe next time I will try a coffee here.

I've been eyeing this place ever since arriving in Warrensburg, Missouri. Walking past it every day during the cold weather weeks, which caused this lovely place to close temporarily, due to the lack of traffic. Now, it is back open, and tending to the locals who come by and set up shop with books and laptops to read and do some work. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile by Maggie, their barista for the day. She was very patient and attentive as I made small talk with her, stalling as I decided what to order. I asked what the specials were, as their is a chalkboard on the counter that reads "Barista Favorites", a list of specialty custom drinks made by each individual barista. Hers was the "cinnamon toast crunch latte" consisting of their espresso beans from Colombia, brown sugar syrup, and another secret ingredient I'll have to inquire for the next time I come. It was perfectly foamed and delicious to the last drop. She even popped over to ask how I liked it, hence the 'charm of a hole-in-the-wall'. I see why this place is so loved, and definitely plan to come back again. The food is popular here as well, but I haven't tried it. They have a selection of breakfast sandwiches that are made with a panini machine. Be sure to come before 1pm, because they shut it down for closing around then. If you're a local, or just visiting, this is definitely a shop to visit.

Every month or so I get this craving for their Oreo pie. It's so good! But here at this location (Waynesville) they don't give you the proper amount of portion for it being almost $9! I bought a WHOLE slice pie and it was so small! There's a whole and a half slice. If this was a whole I'm wondering what would be the half slice. A whole slice is $1 more than the half. I know there's inflation but this is just ridiculous! The Rolla one gives you the proper amount for the price. So I suggest skipping this and if you're in the Rolla area to go there. Plus, they have a full dinning area and they serve food as well :) To the slice of pie here in Waynesville, maybe train your employees better or have a pie size chart. Because it's always a different slice size every time I come one but this time was the smallest I got for it being a WHOLE! Anyways hope you don't lose business by scamming people ‍ *Covered up the name just in case it was the person that served me and I don't want their name out there.
