I genuinely thought i was going to chip a tooth. It had to be like weeks old. As if that wasn't enough, there was an old lady working there who was so aggressively rude it was actually impressive. I wasn't sure if I had walked into a café or wandered into an episode of a prank show where the theme was "How Fast Can We Ruin Your Morning?" I heard more about the drinking and dating habits of the people in the town of Booneville than I cared to during my visit. The room was rather stuffy and crowded with too much going on and the counter was crowded with things so much so that it was unclear where to stand to place your order. When you did step up to the baristas station to order then you were in the way of the restroom traffic and that of the staff delivering food and constantly being ushered to move. The biscuits and gravy were fine, but not great. The raspberry latte was okay. Personally, when I'm sitting in a cafe to dine in, I really appreciate a mug rather than a disposable to go cup. It's a really cute building, but I probably won't visit again.
