The plane is named after the founder's mother "Betty". It's also a nod to how the company "air roasts" their coffee. When you walk in the vibe feels industrial, aviation-themed, and cozy. I ordered a caramel latte and asked for it to be served in a ceramic. The coffee was excellent as always and this is my go to coffee shop in Kansas City. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in for a cup of coffee. Also, there are certain days where you can tour the factory if you are interested in that as well.

When we pulled up I saw that it is the same place as Garden House and I believe this may be the section below inside the Garden House coffee shop. I had went to that section on my previous visit and it has nice seating and quiet and relaxing and had food and dessert options (non that were gluten free-I asked).
