Maple shade lives up to its name and gets by with SHADY business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, especially if you plan on purchasing a car that is in transit! They WILL NOT honor your interest rate or your proposed price and they will NOT make right on THEIR mistakes! I'm an out of state customer and I accepted a proposal on a MZ3 carbon AWD sedan in March after doing a lot of shopping around a bunch of dealerships within a 150 mile radius of my home town (which doesn't have a Mazda dealership itself). Maple shade did not have the car I was looking for on the lot, but did have one in transit, and they gave me the best proposal by a big enough margin that I figured it would be fine to wait the extra month for the car to come in over purchasing from a different dealership that had the car on the lot (See photos attached to this review). I had other dealerships send me proposals on the wrong cars, so I confirmed with the sales rep that the proposal I received was for the car I was looking for, to which he confirmed (attached photo). I accepted the proposal and was told that my interest rate (at that point 4.29%) and my out the door price was locked in, I just had to wait for the car to come in. The expected delivery date came and went, and I inquired about the status a few times during my waiting period, all the while being told that it was on the way and not to worry, my interest rate and price was locked in and everything was all set for when the car came in. Fast forward two months after I accepted the proposal, a month later than expected. I received a call from my sales rep telling me that the car made it to the lot, but there was a problem. They would not be able to honor my interest rate. "Mazda financing has changed in the last two months and it's out of our hands" he said. My interest rate was going to be 6.9%. He escalated my call to a supervisor (and as far as I'm aware, he's the owner of the dealership) who THEN tells me it looks like there's an issue with my out-the-door price, that it was too low, and they wouldn't be able to honor that because i was "Misquoted for a FWD Mz3" even after I confirmed with the sales rep, 2 months prior, that the proposal was for an AWD variant of the car. I sent the supervisor the email chain and he refused to budge at all on his out the door price, even though his dealership caused two GIANT mistakes that would have cost me a sum of 4 thousand dollars and an increase of over $60/month over the course of the 60 month loan. This has got to be some of the most abhorrent business practices I have ever experienced. Not only did Maple Shade hook me with a bait-and-switch low price (And yes, regardless of what you say Maple shade, giving a different price 2 months in after I requested confirmation in my initial discussion and refusing to budge is a BAIT AND SWITCH), they did it during a period where the swing in interest rates was absolutely nuts with a car that is rarely readily available on the lots. When I put my deposit on this car I could have purchased the same car at a closer dealership and had it within a week with the lower rate and made out better than what maple shade tried to peddle to me two months into waiting. After Maple shade pulled this stunt on me I went back to searching online and luckily was able to find a more local (within an hour) car, on the lot, that was the exact same make, model, and trim, with additional optional features, at a lower out the door price than Maple Shade's new proposal, that got even better with a little negotiating. Suffice to say I purchased from that dealership over Maple Shade, although due to the interest rate I still would have been better off purchasing two months ago. Maple Shade, I'm not done with you. This review will be left everywhere I can place it. You wasted my time, money, and patience with this crap and you WILL be held accountable for it.

Low coolant even after paying for it to be topped off!

When I messaged the sales person who was working with me and asked for a true out the door price because I didn't want to waste anyone's time and wasn't going to buy if there was hidden fees involved, they completely ghosted me and stopped answering my calls. A few weeks later, I found another listing I was interested in. I paid a mechanic $200 to go and inspect the vehicle before I drove 2 1/2 hours there. I confirmed with the sales person several times that the vehicle I was interested in was available and ready for inspection from the mechanic I was sending, even up to a half hour before the mechanic arrived. When the mechanic arrived, they told him that the vehicle was in the body shop and he was unable to look at it or inspect it because the body shop was over an hour away. This just seems so suspicious and brings up so many red flags. I'm out my $200 now and I absolutely do not want to work with the dealership, especially after reading other reviews. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted them to reimburse me for the $200 they lost me, He told me He would credit me $200 on another vehicle and that their best sales person AZ will call me back in a half hour. AZ Never called me back and I'll be taking them to small claims court for my $200.

I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I purchased a BMW SUV from VIP Auto, and since the time of purchase, the vehicle has had ongoing mechanical issues that have significantly affected its reliability. The vehicle has spent more time being repaired than driven. I made multiple attempts to have these issues addressed through VIP Auto, but I was turned away on several occasions or unable to receive consistent support. While one member of management did assist with some repairs, the overall condition of the vehicle at the time of sale raises serious concerns. After the purchase, I was informed by BMW service professionals that the vehicle showed signs consistent with prior accident-related damage, including observations made during service. This concern was also acknowledged in follow-up discussions. This information was not disclosed to me at the time of sale, and I was not provided with a vehicle history report such as a Carfax prior to completing my purchase. Additionally, there are visible areas on the vehicle that appear to have been repainted. This would have significantly impacted my decision to proceed. I also purchased an extended warranty, which I continue to pay for; however, it was extremely difficult to find a repair facility that accepted it. By the time I located a participating mechanic, much of the coverage period had been lost. After seeking service directly through BMW, I was presented with thousands of dollars in necessary repairs. Even with partial assistance from the dealership, I still incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses, including tires and ongoing repairs. To this day, the vehicle still requires service. In addition, I was placed into a high-interest loan and attempted to contact the salesperson regarding refinancing, but I did not receive a response. Due to the repeated mechanical issues, concerns regarding undisclosed prior damage, and ongoing financial burden, I have explored my rights under New Jersey consumer protection and lemon law guidelines. This has been an extremely difficult and costly experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to obtain an independent inspection, review all vehicle history reports, and carefully evaluate warranty and financing terms before proceeding.

I came back within the following couple weeks to get the car problems fixed, and I was brushed off with the suggestion to go to AutoZone and buy a couple new parts. Extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I went to AutoZone and I still had to return to Maple Shade for persisting issues that were covered under my warranty. Their solution was to put a patch on my tire and send me on my way. One of the people who works there even yelled at me saying, "take your car and leave" when I asked if more could be done for the car. I never raised my voice or got upset with this man, and I was simply trying to handle business as a new car owner. Please learn from my mistake -- do not do business with Fiat of Maple Shade. They are a mess, to put it lightly. I genuinely felt as if they did not care about me as a person or a customer - so much so that they felt the need to yell in order to get me out of their establishment. Can't make this stuff up. I wish I never found this place. 0/5

Hello, I would like…read moreto share my experience with Fiat deadler Maple service. Two days ago I dropped my car in their service center for the second time, because the black plastic protector of engine fell down and was dragging on the ground. Probably when they changed my engine someone forgot to put back the bolt and fix the plastic protector back to the bottom of the car. They fixed the plastic protector on the bottom of the car with a zip tie. Well, it works, but it worked for little bit. The plastic protector fell down on the other side. I would expect that original service of Fiat would fix the problem completely. If they see that half of protector is falling down, I would expect that they put a bolt and fix it appropriately. I find it extremely unprofessional that they fix a falling part by a plastic band. I can do this at home and I do not have to drive to their dealer over one hour away! I gave you my car to completely check and fix. After what money I spent at their service $3,500, I would expect that I do not have to come to their service two times in one week. If their work on the engine what they changed is like putting a plastic band on a falling part, I can expect that the engine will break down soon too! Tomas Picek. t.picek@seznam.cz.
