Plenty of options for coffee, lattes or tea. Food service for breakfast stops at 11 am though. Great place to work too. Would love to come back here read more

My brother went here went it first opened, we haven't stopped going since when we want a chill outside inside coffee and beer spot . Love the music , their coffee is great, they have a good selections of beer and wine. I haven't tried their food items. It's such a relaxing spot you can meet with friends. It's dog friendly , their service is good, it's just a great vibe. I recommend this spot 100 percent . I give this place overall a 4.7 out of 5z read more

Beautiful space! Came here for an early morning coffee date with a friend, I had an iced little Lottie latte and she had a crème brûlée latte- they were both delicious! The baristas were very sweet and friendly, I'm definitely looking forward to coming here again. I also took home a huckleberry cheese danish, which was a bit pricey but a very nice treat! read more

Ainsley and Hailey helped us pick flavors for our lemonades and both were great. Wonderful place to chill with friends or to study.

delicious coffee and pastries. plenty of seating even when busy. good for work, families, socializing. Order counter with limited food options but many options for coffee, beer, wine, and matcha. I do not believe they have any tea options. read more

I ordered the avocado toast for brunch and was very disappointed. The toast was very hard to cut into with the plastic ware provided, so I had to ask for silverware. It seemed as if it was an inconvenience to get silverware, but they were able to find some in the back after checking. The flavor of the avocado spread was good, but the fried egg on top was cold. I ended up boxing it up, so I could heat it up at home. read more

My favorite coffee shop hands down! Love the ambience! Very warm and welcoming environment. The interior has an eclectic decor that flows from the flooring, to the walls and ceiling. The front patio is quaint and I love the seating options and privacy they provide. The fireplace is the cherry on top! Just when you think it can't get any better the back patio has cornhole boards and it's very spacious. Can't wait to go again and their beverages are phenomenal as well! read more

Cozy, beautiful cafe in a little cottage-type establishment. Parking is available on the quiet side streets. There is indoor and outdoor seating available with a beautiful outdoor fire place. Great, attentive service. I recommend all pastries with the latte, and I love the smokey brie grilled cheese. read more

I've now been here twice in the last week and it is lovely. Great outdoor seating, and some cozy spots inside too. Friendly, happy, helpful people behind the counter with delicious coffees, teas, and a hot chocolate I adored. The food is quite yummy - had the plain old croissant today - buttery, and delicious. Not plain old anything, actually! I love sitting here and just can't be grateful enough for our weather and the vibe from The Maple House. Thank you!! read more

There are so many coffee places in Arizona but I would say this place ranks top 5 in my opinion! I got an iced matcha latte and my fiancé got their brown sugar coffee -- it was delicious The line was long when we got there but the staff was able to work through it in a timely manner. If you're in the area, 10/10 would recommend stopping by. read more

One of my new favorite coffee shops!! The staff is super friendly, the coffee is delicious and cheap compared to other coffee shops, and the place is so cute!! There's plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and it makes a great study spot with the wireless charging at every table! Outside you can find corn hole, relaxing fireplaces, and plenty of room for kids to play! A great spot I most definitely recommend read more

8:30am on a Saturday morning...the kid taking the order got my drink order wrong. I ordered a Brown Sugar Coconut and got a honey lavender. The excuse was he couldn't hear. To be fair his is standing right in front of the chaos behind him. The gals making the drinks look like they are trying hard to stay organized, but it is utter chaos! The brunette in the green tank top was digging in her ear for. Good scratching and that was it for me to say this was my second and final visit to this place. Best of luck to you! read more

Cute little coffee house tucked behind the main downtown Chandler street. Cold brew was strong and excellent. Service was fast and friendly, ambiance is amazing! I love the free air, open style concept with the cozy front and back yard seating. Definitely great vibes, especially on a sunny winter day like what I had. Got a few hours of quality work done so can't complain at all! read more

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch at 2pm. With only three things on their menu for this time period, they didn't have one (the tuna salad) and a second was not correct. Instead of the Brie grilled cheese, the sandwich was made with cheddar pepper jack, not even the same color. The truffled egg salad that my wife had "had a weird sour taste and was gritty". She couldn't finish it. The ambience is interesting, if you are into every table having a millennial with their laptop and coffee. Not my type of place. read more

This place is so cute! Got a bomb coconut matcha and my sister got the German chocolate cake latte. We sat inside and worked on our computers which was nice, the weather is perfect for sitting outside as well and chatting with friends! read more

This is my third time coming here, and every time it's packed. Not their fault, there's plenty of scattered seating, it's just an excellent ambiance with comfortable outdoor seating, so it feels like you're in your backyard. The music isn't overly loud, just plays as background noise. Service has been hit or miss, this current visit and second visit I had to ask them to make my drink and the baristas always say they thought the other person was going to do it. Drinks are inconsistent, we always order a large iced coffee and small hot mocha - the ice has been either way too much or just right, the mocha has had different levels of mocha flavor, but it's never been bad. I did ask this most recent time for a stay here mug, like usual, but the girl said they do not do that, and I did not argue, this mocha was not great, too much milk too weak of espresso. Pastries are good, not excellent, so the price point of $9.50 for a basic pastry is very high. Pastries are more cost effective at an actual professional pastry shop. For the ambience, seating options, and cute outdoor space it's worth coming to for a coffee or cocktail, just be aware of the expense. read more

Phenomenal vibe. You can tell they really put in the work on the details. Coffee is usually great. The breakfast sandwich is a must. Pastries are exceptional. Definitely don't get the avocado toast. It tasted like the avo wasn't fresh or something. I had one bite and then couldn't make myself eat any more of it. The indoor and outdoor seating has many options including seating next to fire pits and couches. read more

Just found this spot with my daughter in old downtown Chandler. Beautiful interior with wood ceiling and a large bar area - both for coffee and adult beverage. Appears they sell beer and wine, not certain about spirits, but didn't ask. I guess, food, too, but I didn't pay much attention this time; so, I can't speak to the food or its quality. Lots of seating in and out and a great "backyard" with artificial lawn, great seating, and a place where your kids can run around a little. Front area has a large fire place. The only thing that was missing was more shading like umbrellas when the temp starts shooting up; but, they may, be planning that. As to the one comment I noticed about every table having "...a millennial with their laptop and coffee..." yeah, there were quite a few. I'm not certain, though, what coffee shop doesn't have that. They all had that that look of indifference and that little kids annoy them - who cares. But, I know older boomers like myself who take their computer to coffee shops, too, just for a change of pace. There were plenty of people who actually didn't have that pensive look and seemed to be enjoying the society of of others. The overall vide is more "accommodating" to probably more types from millennials to someone who just wants a clean, upscale local that is classy but not effeminate. Great place to take your wife for an evening date. Good coffee. Asked for a cappuccino and that's what I got - minimal milk, mostly coffee and foam - not a latte that they call a cap. Great pastries. This place probably gets pretty busy during the weekend evenings, when the downtown is hopping. read more

Wow the DTC has changed over the years! But is it for the better or the worse? I'll let the readers decide. This is a quaint place and very old people friendly seating. Saw a dog there in the patio that kinda looked like my own. Could they be related?!?! I had the coffee cake and now I cannot fall asleep. But I think those two things are unrelated. 5 stars read more

Really nice space to meet with friends or family and have a coffee, beer or wine. The coffee was decent but the location and spot is great! Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from and it's very well maintained. We got a white mocha and a lottie latte which is a white mocha with pistachio. Fire pits and heaters to stay warm outside in the winter and some yard games too. It's tucked away in downtown Chandler. Easy parking options on the street or the nearby garage-free! read more

This cute cafe/bistro is a perfect place to just chill at in downtown Chandler. It recently opened a few weeks ago. The hubby and I dropped in after running errands this morning and we were looking around for a casual outdoor place with drinks and a light menu. What a pleasant surprise to find this place with an inviting outdoor setting. We found quick parking alongside the place. The outdoor seating has a couple of fire pits and a double-sided fireplace. The food service was good. We ordered the egg salad sandwich and it was delicious. We also ordered a draft beer and handcrafted cocktail (The Last Stop). read more

I went there a few times right after 7:00am. I was trying to make it my routine but the two times I went in the ladies gave me an attitute. I was telling one hpw excited I was to be back again and she did not even smile, it was like whatever. The building is pretty, the food and pastries are good. Buy not worth it for the kind od treatment I got. Its a shame because I love supporting locals. read more

Been here twice now, the service is quick and friendly each time and the coffee has been well made. It always seems to be a little crowded but that's not a surprise when it's downtown and serves alcohol as well. Not a bad option if you're downtown and need a coffee to go. read more

Maple House - Fireplace in the front patio - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

I have been giving Maple House my money since they opened and have always had a good experience. I am 2 months postpartum and have been coming literally 3-4x a week since baby since it's such a chill place to sit and enjoy a coffee, as there is plenty of seating. Usually do an iced macc or latte and it is always consistent. I like that the syrups they use have simple ingredients compared to other brands. Baristas are always friendly and service has always been good. My only two cons are that though it is a family friendly place, there is no baby changing table in the restroom. This would be a great addition for all the families that chose to come and take a break here. Also think, misters would be an amazing addition for summer. Overall they're doing a great job and it is one of my top favorite places to be! read more

I had their creme brûlée late (iced) and it was very good. Not too sweet. We also ordered a late that had coconut syrup, which was yummy as well but too sweet for my liking. Also orderedthe lavender latte and it was great too! I also ordered a cinnamon roll that stole the show. I went in really close to closing time and event though this roll was probably made early that morning it was still delicious. It was not regular dough it was croissant like. We also got a raspberry tart which went in extremely well with the sweetness of the coffee. The service was fast, and it is a great place to come hang out with friends or a date. I will definitely come back! read more

Lovely Maple House, glorious location, beautiful ambiance etc etc. Well done! But, ....staff get rid of your attitude! No welcome, no smiles, no excitement or enthusiasm for your customers! Serving us felt like a chore to you. No tank-tops for staff in beverage industry please. Also, Too task oriented in your duties to be gracious to serve us. Coffee/chai was marginal. This place has so much potential and your lack of customer service is going to destroy that. Do better for your community.... read more

The only place (besides that corporate coffee house) that seems to know how to make a great Flat White coffee! The baristas here are always super friendly and helpful. The outside and inside are welcoming and well tended to. This is my favorite coffee house! read more

First experience at Maple house was really disappointing. We entered the establishment in the late afternoon with no direction whether this was self seating or if we needed to wait for a host. No signs anywhere. Secondly, we decided to order the cheese board for $26. For that price, expectations were quite high, which was undoubtedly let down. We received 3 cheeses and half a plate of bread (see photo below). Lastly, since we were seemingly unaware that we needed to wait inside for our food, we waited at a table on the patio. A gentleman came out, yelling our name, which we responded and apologized for not waiting inside for the food. He slammed the cheese plate on the table, said nothing and walked away. On a silent patio, that sure made a statement with the other guests. Will not be back and will give a fair warning to those that choose to go, you're better off at a different place in Chandler for better service and warmer greetings. For all the hype it's getting on social media, it sure doesn't live up to those expectations. read more

We loved the vibes here. Such a homey quaint coffee house a quick walk from Chandler's downtown main strip. I imagine it would be a beautiful place to host an event. Good seating options inside and outside. Parking was easy to find on a Sunday mid-day. The staff was friendly. I had the cinnamon crème brûlée latte and my husband had the brown sugar coconut latte. Both solid choices. We plan to come back for drinks and the grilled cheese another day. Definitely recommend! read more
