Absolutely love Maple House. Such a great add to this area. Parking is terrible but there is a free parking garage down the street that can be utilized. The drinks here are so fun and delicious (love the Lottie Latte) and the atmosphere is so unique. All the different hang out areas inside and outside, it's perfect for meet ups. It does get very busy but I love going during the week. read more

NEW FAVORITE SPOT! I came in today with my sister and it was so cute inside! We were greeted and the customer service was great! I got an iced chai latte and my sister had an iced mocha and they were so good! The drinks were such a great price and they have a variety of options on the menu including food and alcohol. As a college student I really appreciated the outlets everywhere. There was so many outlets and most tables even had wireless chargers that could charge my phone. I will definitely be back! Loved this spot and highly recommend! read more

Ambiance perfect, so cute. Lots of cozy patio nooks and fireplaces, pits. Really cute spot. Coffee was decent. I feel like a new coffee spot has to find their niche and grounding. But it was good. Friendly baristas. I had the Little Lottie Latte (pistachio and white chocolate.) really lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Lots of surrounding street parking. read more

Great seating and ambiance! I tried their pistachio latte and it was so good. I love that there is indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of it! Gets pretty busy and noisy in shop with everything going on but still a perfect place to come have a coffee! read more

Great Coffee and ambiance! Mostly outside so better in the fall. I'd suggest getting half sweet coffee if you're doing any specials though, they are quite sweet! Service is always good. read more

The internet in my place went out so I was on the search for a coffee shop and was lucky enough to find this place. The staff was absolutely incredible, quick, and friendly. The wifi is reliable and fast. The coffee was delicious (highly recommend the Cinnamon Creme Brulee). There is soft music playing both inside and outside, which is totally normal when you're not trying to work. When I asked the barista if the outside could be turned off, Madi was awesome and even though it couldn't be turned off outside she pointed out where the rocks were in hopes I could work further away from them -- seems silly, but appreciate the attempt at a solution knowing I was being the pain here, haha. Found a charming fireplace area and all was well! This is 100% going to be my new coffee and wine hh spot! Can't wait to try the brie grilled cheese. read more

Very cute spot. Coffee and pastries were delicious. The pastries are overpriced. $12 for an almond croissant is crazy. Never thought, I would pay that price but we were hungry. read more

They take time in making their coffee. I like their americanos. There is seating indoor and outdoor, and it's an inviting space. Nice place to hang out or do work. read more

Adorable and flavorful! I have now been twice (yesterday and today) and can confidently say I love this spot. I've gotten the cinnamon crème brûlée latte, strawberry handpie, and strawberry mandarin danish. All were phenomenal but the handpie is my favorite for sure. I absolutely love the comfortable cottage/inn vibe. They have tons of seating options including rocking chairs, lounge chairs, bar stools, and booths. Also a really nice touch: when the barista takes your name they will always say "nice to meet you (your name)!" I know they're trained to do it but it does make the place feel like home. You definitely have to check this spot out for a light snack and coffee if you're ever in downtown Chandler. read more

Great place, except the long lines(it's great for them) the espresso was fabulous not bitter not anything but great breakfast sandwich was superb the roll it's on was soft and delicious. People are very nice. I went with my son. Well, I was out there visiting and can't wait to go back. I love, good coffee, a nice atmosphere which they had some indoors and lots of outdoors set up in groups of chairs or tables. They have heaters not that you needed it on the day that we were there when I got home went online and ordered a gift card for my son just because I loved it there. read more

My wife and daughter wanted to try a new coffee place when she was visiting. The service was exceptional and quick. I don't drink coffee so it was nice that they had some water that I could help myself to if you drink alcohol they do have evening drinks. Cool down this would be a great spot to relax outside. We didn't have a problem parking or finding a place to sit once we were inside. They even have a fireplace outside for cool nights to enjoy a glass of wine. read more

Maple House is an inviting indoor/outdoor location to enjoy coffee & alcoholic drinks. Gives farmhouse vibes. I can definitely see why people enjoy this concept to meet with friends, do business, etc. I went solely for the coffee. The up front staff was friendly. I got just a standard mocha. I was a bit disappointed that my drink did not taste like coffee, more like a chocolate chip cookie. I understand I got a mocha so it is going to taste like chocolate, but it didn't taste like a standard mocha. I had high expectations for this place and I'm sure I would enjoy having an alcoholic drink or a different drink next time. read more

Iced dirty horchata was delicious! Customer service is always great as well. Wish they had more seating, but aside from that no complaints!

Beautiful coffee house that offers excellent coffee and delicious food. A great place to relax and enjoy the weather.

Great spot! I like that's it's in dt chandler but not in the heart of dt chandler, there is not its own parking lot but there is tons of free parking all around I never struggle to find a close spot. The food menu chances from breakfast to lunch at 11am and changes from lunch to snacky things at 3pm. I come to get a latte and do work on my laptop you can work at the bar or at a table, lots and lots of outlets for plugs! I want to try the espresso martini, I even saw a sign that said they have espresso martini shots??? It is about standard pricing for a nice little coffee shop my caramel oatmilk latte is $5 and the food is so good and reasonably priced. So far I have at the yogurt parfait and the breakfast sandwich! read more

A vibe. I stumbled on this place on a random trip to downtown Chandler and honestly was pleasantly surprised to find a quaint coffee shop that used to be a home! It is so adorable. The customer service was great, my latte was delicious. The vibes were great, the caliber of attracted customers was cool, people were nice. They have a back yard area with plenty of tables and seating and games. A place you can definitely just go to hang out, or study, or just soak in the ambience. The bathroom was clean! Which I appreciated. Really loved this place. Will definitely be back. read more

Such a cool ambient vibes at this coffee shop! If you're looking to find a local coffee shop with something different with some games and a relaxing vibe I would definitely check it out. I ended up with the baristas recommendation in getting a four quad espresso with Cinnamon Crème Brûlée flavor and it definitely had a massive kick in caffeine which got me through the rest of my busy day! Thank you for the service, I'll come again soon! The only downside is parking, but not the coffee shops fault. You'll eventually find one. Aha read more

Maple House is down the block from the majority of the busier section of downtown Chandler. This place is quaint, with fire pits and heaters (they weren't turned on Sat night and it was busy so we didn't want to bother the staff with this). There's a patio out front as well as a larger one in the back, and even a few tables along the side of the building. I think the interior is a great, welcoming space and would be nice to work out of for a couple hours during the day. At night, I think the lighting inside could be a little dimmer. Besides the beer and wine list on the wall, there are paper menus with cocktails and food... you just have to look for them. I tried the maple cobbler drink and admittedly had to google the ingredients. If I'm not mistaken it's a blend of a sweet wine and a sherry along with mulled oranges and some sweetened flavors to give it a bit o' peach flavor. Topped with blueberries, it was fun to try. I'll definitely be back to try something else! read more

Ok. The place is freaking beautiful!!! Never seen such a beautiful patio in a long time. Fire places, spread out patio seating. Just makes sense for date night or small groups. As an outsider looking in. All I see is Beer and Wine list under this beautiful greenery. Once you walk in? What? The smell of coffee!!! Please take my CC and leave my tab open for the rest of 2024. Amazing beers on tap. Wine is solid (could bring more higher quality/price wines) your locals can afford it! lol Hanna was my bartender. Super helpful and engaging (thank you) I appreciate your time and energy. I didn't try the food. Maybe next week when I come back. Great job, Maple House Salute read more

Very cute coffee shop that also has some food as well as beer and wine. It's cool that they have a little bit of everything so you can go any time of day. There are nice outdoor seating areas in the front and back with lights, fireplaces, rocking chairs and cornhole. I got the chai tea since I don't care for coffee but was there in the morning and it was delicious! They have all different kinds of milk you can put in it if you don't want dairy. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and a nice size. The food and drinks came out quickly and they have free water out where you can easily get it without having to go up to the counter. There is free street parking in the neighborhood, you just might have to walk a bit if it's really crowded. Nice volume of music, not too loud or quiet. I'm not sure if they already do this or not but if not, they should have some live using here out on the patio sometime, like the used to do at Bergie's in Gilbert. read more

The Coffee scene in Chandler just got a massive bump with this delightful new addition. Maple House seems built right out of a Fox Restaurant concept where every aspect of the customer experience is thoughtfully attended to. This new spot has successfully pulled off what so many other coffee shops have struggled to do - create a neighborhood feel that is welcoming but classy, spacious but consistent...one that has that terrific balance between daytime coffee shop and evening happy hour. They've made this look easy...and delivered it effortlessly. I kept with my classic mocha for comparability (it was delicious btw), and look forward to trying their espresso to test my growing knowledge of coffees, pour times, and crema textures. Beyond the coffee, the space boasts a ton of seating areas, both for the casual day-lounger with outdoor seats next to firepits, as well as ample space for roaming and reveling. While the pastry and coffee selections are limited, they boast a large menu of beers to choose from. I have no doubt that this delightful place will be successful; all that's left is how they can get the word out that they exist in that hidden corner. Or is this a secret we should keep?! read more

I would love to give more stars. Really nice location, selection and ambiance but really poor service. I sat at the bar. (Right in front of the server, right?) After 10 min, It took a male customer to mention the name of the server to get her attention. ZERO eye contact. Once my friend joined me, our shared lunch was served in one brown box. No plates, utensils or napkins. The amount on the receipt was poorly stated; no place to sign. read more

We came here to try out the coffee and because it just looks cute but man we were so disappointed with the horrible service received. Granted it's a Sunday at noon (not that I think it should matter). When we showed up the girl at register was super short and seemed very bothered to take our order. On top of that she got my order wrong. When I went to get my coffee I understand the girls were busy making coffee and I just asked if the two coffee on the counters were ours and again we got the attitude of being bother. In her defense she could have been overwhelmed. I dont know but it was not a great experience at all. Honestly if you come to take pictures and for the vibe of the place just know you aren't going to get the kindest service and your coffee will be overpriced with a possibility of your order being wrong. read more

Fun spot to grab a beer, glass of wine or a coffee. Just wish the service team had a little bit friendlier of a vibe. Didn't get the lady's name. Blonde hair with darker roots. Just really sharp with her answers and didn't seem friendly or interested in answering our questions. Will only stop by if I'm in the area but wouldn't go out of my way to make it in. read more

Of course this place blew up on Instagram so I have been dying to try it and finally got the chance and I won't lie I wish I was more impressed. The amount of hype around it I was expecting perfection and unfortunately it just wasn't there.. my biggest gripe is that I ordered oat milk in my coffee and by an oversight on the barista was given whole milk. Which is not life ending but absolutely made me very sick the rest of the day and I wasn't very happy especially because I double checked my order before paying. I'd be willing to give another try because the indoor and outdoor space is amazing, I didn't realize they had an entire back patio available for seating. read more
