Wide selection of stores and restaurants within a mile of our property here. Property is always clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to see that somebody had come by and wipe down all of the handrails leading up to the apartments in my building. Little things like that go along way and it shows their attention to detail. The office staff is great to work for and provides timely feedback to any inquiries. The community itself is great. People are nice and respectful of the quiet times. Cover it's private the families at the pool the last couple of weeks have enjoyed themselves without excessive noise. I say this only because it's something I'm not used to. The apartments are relatively new... Only four years old. Everything is state of the art and it's a great layout. Patios are really nice and a great place to kick back and relax after a workday. Apartments are set up for Xfinity/Comcast or CenturyLink high-speed Internet. In the past when I've had to call to have service set up the appointment has been two hours plus. Our installation took all of 15 minutes. Signal strength is good and I'm happy with the service. Overall we are very happy with his community it would highly recommend it to anybody. Keep up the great work!

I have to try and figure all this out, on my own, and I no longer live in WA. Apparently they blamed it that corporate doesn't allow the check to be split. So please advise to me what I am supposed to do?!? Someone. Anyone! NO WHERE IN THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY YOU CANNOT SPLIT THE CHECK. If this is the case, then you need to write in the contract of how the deposit will be received by former tenants.

The grounds are not well maintained, garbage is overflowing and dog poop is scattered all over the grounds. The pool is not well maintained either and remains uncovered throughout the winter. I had mouse poop in a couple of my cupboards as well, in a brand new apartment even. Contract states that you need to leave the apartment adequately cleaned upon checkout, which I did, but still got charged the cleaning fees. Billing department is rude and onsite staff have poor follow up. I wouldn't plug your money into this place. There are better places in the Maple Valley area with better customer service.

People smoke on the property, right in front of your door, and management does nothing, even when shown pictures of someone engaging in the act. Cigarette butts, and the stench, is everywhere. They don't deice the property in winter, even if people fall. The businesses on the property, such as the nail, and hair salon, all use the same utility services that residents do, so expect to pay a fortune for water, and sewage, since those businesses use A LOT! This also means the dumpsters are always full, since the businesses don't have their own, and garbage is frequently strewn about everywhere. Almost no one cleans up after their dogs, so poop is everywhere. The last time we were there, we were afraid to take our dogs into the dog park, because it was covered in poop, which is a health hazard. We lived there for over 2 years, and even with a management change, nothing was fixed. Expect the police to be called so frequently, you could probably make bank selling tickets to spectators. The construction of the first couple of buildings is okay, but once you get to D, and go in into K; it seems they became rushed, and stopped caring about doing things well. Cabinet doors are crooked, screens are loose, floors are not level, the water pressure is terrible... I could go on, and on, but you get the idea. To top it all off, when you leave, management will lie, and claim you never informed them of any such issues. We DO NOT recommend living here. You can live in better places for the same, or even less money.

The turn around time was quicker than he quoted. What sets Cascade Countertops apart from other companies, was the prep work and their onsite professionalism. They laid down runners in the house, took off their shoes, and worked around 2 screaming kids. I hovered around them asking them questions during the install and they were very patient and polite. It can be off-putting to contractors and they handled my questions as if they were training me. I had pre selected a slab with MSI, which made the process flow smoothly. They purchased it and picked it up. Further they counselled me on some of my "bad" ideas and politely explained why they were bad. It helps and is appreciated when a contractor guides the process. We had a slight issue with the install that I caught after the fact. They came back and quickly addressed. No one is prefect, it reflects someone's character, with how we deal with problems. Great character out of the team at Cascade Countertops.
