I can't say enough good things about the new management (Nicole and Eze) they truly care about Arbor Chase community. their level of efficiency, professionalism, and the perfect balance of family vibe is what I will miss the most. when ever my grandchildren would come visit and accompany me to the office they would get a snack and juice right at eye level for the children. If you start to leave the office before grabbing something they encourage everyone to grab a snack before leaving. Nicole and Eze have different themed events and invite all to stop in. They put on Halloween decoration and pumpkin contest. There was a hotdog, chips, and drink event with kid games to name a few. The rent is reasonable, the ground keeper is amazing, and management gives their full attention to everyone who the come in contact with. Thank you Nicole, Eze, and Arbor Chase team for the amazing experience.

Yeah, some of the reviews here is true . We live on the third floor, we saw a rat on the first…read morefloor while looking in our balcony. Fixing stuff, it depends on the maintenance availability. When you call them, they can set it on the same day. About parking, we don't have any problem now because we reserved a parking spot, but before it's hard to look for a parking spot, primarily if you work late at night. Cabinets and other appliances it's just too cheap, so it's easy to break. Washers and dryers here always broken. We have four washer and four dryers downstairs. In the first week, one washer is broken. Second week, 2 washers are broken, third week 3 washers are broken. ONLY ONE LEFT hahahaha. We suffered for a month before they fixed it. Everybody can't wash their clothes . First come first serve. Because of pandemic we can't use our Gym and Swimming ‍ pool. About Mailing room/ Luxerone the Ipad sometimes is not working hahaha We can't get our package . Report it at the office and they will fix it right away. You know what I love the most here is all of their employee they are all friendly. Rent are crazy here too. The first time my husband moved here $1,100, I moved here with him another $$$$ that was last 2017 now our rent $1,600 plus(2020) probably next year it goes up again. I am thankful we don't have pets yet or else for a 1 small bedroom apartment without washer and dryer it will cost us $2k plus. About our neighbors We can hear them all the time. The sound of the sink, the pounding, the vacuum. Every night you can hear them snoring . We can hear them arguing. We can hear them talking. Everything you can hear it. That's awful specially I am taking online classes. I am thankful we don't live on the first floor or second floor or else we can hear their foot step also lmao . Note don't live next to the front door or hallway door My friend in the first floor said they can't sleep on their room because they can hear the door open and closed and also the people in the hallway talking everything. About dog poops yeah I reported one time too. Neighbors leave their dog poops outside and they never picking it up. Thank you to that office lady they cleaned it quickly.

Kitchen sink was clogged bad right after moving in , they cane.to fix it and the next day clogged again. Put in a work order 5 days ago .. still no esponse . Can't use dishwasher or kitchen sink for rear of flooding. Cupboard shelves not put in correctly and are falling . Sliding closet Doors were not installed correctly and are very uneven and hard to use. Toilet was awful so they replaced that, however they didn't shim it on an unlevel floor and bow it rocks , which I let them know can cause the wax ring to fail , resulting in major damage for people below me. Still waiting to hear back from that. They use awful electric outlets and covers making plugs fall out or just not work when plugged in... The garbage does get maintained on weekdays but from friday to monday its an absolute nightmare... everyone just tosses their garbage on the ground... i cant totally blame the apartment co. For that. I have also heard multiple times that the pool is rarely open in the summer time ...but who knows , it might get better.

Update 11/10/23: screenshot of his "compliment" shared, go ahead and read…read more Now the apartment minions want to waste my time. Ryan, I couldn't care less of your experience, nor did I ask. Write a review about yours'. I don't particularly care what you see as "farfetched", our experiences were very different "lol" Talk about childish. I literally shared proof of why and how I got to feeling this way, both openly and honestly from emails, to call records, etc. Instead of sitting here and telling me your definition of "farfetched" and "lol"-ing what I felt, write a review if you're so offended, because last time I checked, I don't recall asking nor requesting for your unnecessary time or experience. Have a good one stranger. Mind you this is the same guy that had a 1 star experience while having beer, that's like me being offended by that sending him a passive and sarcastic message just because I had a better experience. Don't invalidate my experience just because yours' was different. For all I know this could be a staff member, regardless glad you took my advice and left your own review. Update 11/09/23: Farfetched? I recieved literally one call back in a span of 27 days. I say things as I see them, apologies on behalf of no one if you're unable to accept facts. You can selectively pick out parts of my email, no problem. Do you know what else I asked in my emails over the entirety of October, when do you think they may be available, and if not please let me know the soonest availability for the one bedroom, to which you proceeded to throw 2 brochures at me after basically and to once again never be heard from again even though your brochure email ended with feeling free to ask you any questions and I sent an email right after, not once did I get a response until I posted a review. You can sit here and deny all you want, but there is literally an image provided of the error on your website, if you decided to fix it after reading the review/screenshot proof and then claiming it as "working" then that's truly an exceptional response from the same individual who could not even spare a phone call until October 27th, and that was only when I provided screenshots with the review. Not a single call before that. You know what else I find hysterical, the fact the one time there is an honest review with proof with lack of professionalism, and excuses for poor communication, suddenly there are more positive recent reviews. Nothing I can tour? Literally your emails mention there being the availability of Pine floorplan, to as you can see in the email, I asked for if you're unable to tell me how soon I can view a maple floorplan. Don't sit here and nitpick my emails, answer all of my questions, don't be selective, and if you don't have the time either get more staff, or you aren't qualified. I've been nothing but courteous the entirety of October, and when do I get a phone call for the disrespect, of my fiancé driving over 40 minutes in early October, I get a phone call on October 27th, AFTER I posted a review with photos proving the lack of communication on YOUR end not anyone else's. Leave your staff out of this Christina. The excuses, of not being able to call, I expressed whenever I called on any number I found, straight to auto message options. To which you responded, you're very occupied because of short staff, and I was very empathetic, but to sit here and not receive proper communication such as a phone call after expressing nothing but kindness per every email shown, is nonsensical for a multiplicity of reasons until October 27th because of a review that showed your poor communication. If you have enough time to type your delusional novela, gaslighting my emails, reciprocating no respect as shown throughout October from my end, then please spend more time doing an efficient job. Because quite frankly, this is truly sad. I've worked on my own in BUSIER places, including those that practice medicine, and NEVER have I treated anyone this way. Please have a lovely time reflecting on your character integrity. As a born and raised New Yorker, I have zero tolerance for this absurdity. Please stop stepping out of line. Learn when to apologizr and respectfully back off when you're in the wrong. On the sidenote, before I pull out the email, go ahead and accept you shared a virtual floorplan I didn't even request. Don't be sorry, be better. Have the day you deserve Christina, thank you for wasting my time.
