They always put me in a good mood when I went in to pay my bills. -Fast maintenance. Literally would put in a request and it would be fulfilled within the next two days. I've never had such fast maintenance in a complex. -Very safe. I have never felt unsafe coming home late at night, or have had any strange encounters with other residents. My car has had no damage done to it, I always felt okay leaving it parked. -No surprises. There were no hidden fees or anything of that sort. Neighbors were respectful. -Overall a great experience! The bad: -Parking can be challenging. We ended up having to pay $25 more for another spot a month because the visitor parking is not always guaranteed. -Small Apartments. Pretty cozy in these apartments! But you get what you pay for. -Meh appliances. Kind of cheap W/D, shelf in kitchen broke, handle on bathroom mirror fell off. Maintenance was always very responsive in these situations though, so I can't really say it was too bad. And again... you get what you pay for, and we had a cheaper unit. -Children can be loud. Overall they are sweet and respectful kids, just be aware if this is something that bothers you.

Every email was answered the same day. The day of my move was made easy by being able to park the moving truck in the garage and having two dollies available to use. This small step made the process quicker. By the end of the day I already had my Package service set up with out even having to ask. When I first called I was hesitant about the small size of the apartment but the design was excellent and after moving all my things in it is the perfect size for one person. I can't say enough good things about the new management (Nicole and Eze) they truly care about Arbor Chase community. their level of efficiency, professionalism, and the perfect balance of family vibe is what I will miss the most. when ever my grandchildren would come visit and accompany me to the office they would get a snack and juice right at eye level for the children. If you start to leave the office before grabbing something they encourage everyone to grab a snack before leaving. Nicole and Eze have different themed events and invite all to stop in. They put on Halloween decoration and pumpkin contest. There was a hotdog, chips, and drink event with kid games to name a few. The rent is reasonable, the ground keeper is amazing, and management gives their full attention to everyone who the come in contact with.
