It took nearly 3 weeks before I had a meaningful conversation with a person. Within an hour of connecting Joby with the insurance company rep, I had an answer. The best answer. He has built relationships in the industry that are valued and they trust him. Joby provided a high level of communication and service. The car wasn't just fixed it was beautiful... I fell back in love with my 13 year old Acura TL. 2 weeks after taking delivery of my car I ran the (fixed) front bumper into a high curb. He took care of it again and wouldn't even take a tip. That was unexpected. As you might imagine, I would recommend his team at Penn Auto Body to anyone. He turned a really horrible accident and aftermath and 2nd aftermath into a positive experience.

Upon a friend's recommendation I contacted Chalfont Collision Center and their estimate was more than 1/3 lower than the dealer. The results were perfect. The employees were very professional and friendly and made the whole process easy. Also, when I picked up the car- not only had they fixed the scrape/dent but also cleaned and washed my car.
