First inspection they did on my car I asked them to plug a tire, which they plugged, if I remember correctly it was a rear tire. Then told me they recommend my front two tires be replaced however the tread on the tires on the front was more than the tread on the rear tires which they just plugged. Made absolutely no sense. Then my next inspection i knew I needed brakes so they replaced the brakes and rotors and it squealed horribly. I didn't notice right away because it was inspected in the fall which quickly became winter and windows were up.. but once the windows were down with better weather I noticed right away. I was told by others it would wear off so I drove it for quite sometime waiting and that, but it never happened. So took it in and was told something got stuck between the brake and rotor which is what caused the noise. So they did replace on their dime, however, the car still makes noises it never made before I took it there. After my last experience I was thinking it was the last time. Then I had a situation where I needed their assistance and. They were not even close to helpful. I was treated rudely when I walked in. Not a single acknowledgement for any of the 3-4 employees standing behind the counter. Not a hey can I help you. Nothing. They just looked at me as if they just saw the president kind of nodding to the owner who came out and didn't want to hear what I had to say. Wanted to chalk every issue up to my battery being old without even taking a look at what o was asking. So needless to say I haven't had one good experience here.

Very few people can say "I love buying a car at a dealership"…read more So many years dealing with pushy salesman and underhanded tricks, I imagine we are all a little traumatized and enter the doors of a dealership with a great deal of trepidation. That's how my wife and I felt when it came to buy our car. After test driving a number of different models, we decided the Acura MDX met our needs, and it didn't need to be newer than 2020. Apparently, many others in this region felt the same way, as these cars seemed to fly off the shelf. The car we test drove in the morning was sold by lunch. Made it difficult to make an informed, rational decision during a purchase process that was already challenging. Fortunately, we hooked up with Anthony. Anthony Cifaldi at Elite Acura might be one of the best salesmen I've met in 40 years of buying cars. Good energy, not push, seemed invested in making sure our needs were met. When we figured out there was no longer a car on their lot that met our desires, he arranged to pick one up from another dealer more than an hour away. When it was time to deal with the licensing, he made it easy. I don't want to buy another car real soon, but if I needed to I would ring up Anthony. One note Acura Mgmt: Stop saying you are going to detail my car. Running a car through a car washer is not detailing. Getting that spill out of carpet in the back would be detailing.

Apparently, he had contacted them online a few hours before because his efforts to rid his bright shiny wheels of the stench from a night of debauchery had failed. He couldn't bear another day of vomit soaked carpet filling his nostrils. Even after repeated washing with OTC products the smell did not depart. Touch of Class to the rescue. They booked an appointment for later that day and were hard at work when I drove up. My young man (25) stood and supervised from a safe distance. Their van was loaded with equipment and product (hoses, sprayer, vacuum, etc.) that reminded of a high class hair salon. Four hours and $160 later, the odor was only of new car, and the entire vehicle was completely detailed, as if it had just left the dealer showroom after purchase. Impressive to say the least. And the price was amazing for the time and effort. These dudes were expert, wasted no time, and obviously took great pride in their work. So much better than going to a detailing shop and dropping off the car for the day. It wasn't my car, but I was sold on the business. Will use them anytime detailing is required or desired.
