She also "reminded" me when I checked in that "You have to pay me [Amount]." When I then went to hand her my card she became even more annoyed and said "not now!" More annoying was the gunk (no other way to describe it) on my dashboard, touch screen and console. It was brown and tacky. I'll have to scrub the dash to get the remnant stains out; fortunately it came up easy from the touch screen and dash. There was also a lot of debris, looked like bit of black rubber insulation on the seats and floor. So the work seems good, but the customer service and clean up after were both poor. I won't use them again.

Safelite Technicians Beware…read more This goes out to anyone who drives Armada's from 2018 to 2024 and anyone who drives Infinity trucks with the same parts as the Armada trucks in that same year. Please pay close attention!!!! This will happen to you if you're not watching the technician or get distracted by your phone etc. especially when watching the technician removing your windshield & window moldings from your truck. Also watching the technician replacing all of your moldings back onto your windshield when reassembling back onto your truck. I had my windshield replaced by a Safelite Technician installer in 2024. The technician failed to tell me that he had broken both my right and left side moldings that holds my windshield in place on my truck. Also the Technician did not replace the double sided automotive tape when taking off the windshield moldings. The backside of the windshield moldings there are 3 strips of double-sided automotive tape and clips that holds the windshield moldings in place on your windshield. The technician used the same old torn double-sided automotive tape on the left and on the right side windshield moldings and put them back onto the truck. The technician should've removed the torn double-sided tape from the back of the window moldings and put new double-sided tape with the clips when reinstalling the moldings back onto the truck with the windshield as it was being replaced. I will show you what these window moldings look like that I had to replace in these pictures. Both window moldings that came off were at 2 different times during the year of 2025 and the 2026 both moldings cost $500 each, Yes that's right $500 each from the dealership. Luckily, I was able to get them at a discount price because people who own body shops they get a discount with the dealerships when buying parts from a certified dealership not having to pay the full original price. I will show you the receipt that I actually paid for the moldings. Keep in mind both of the moldings came off my truck at 2 different times after Safelite did the window replacement which was in 2024. The first window molding came off some time in 2025 then 6 months later the second window molding came off on 6/22/2026. If you hear any kind of vibrations on your windshield in the front that means those moldings were not replaced and put back properly with new double-sided tape. which I did not know because this was the first time of me hearing this rattling vibration. By the time it happened the window molding and the silver trimming at the top of my windshield flew off my truck on the highway in 2025. The second time it happened was on Monday 6/22/2026 on my way to work and luckily I saw it happening. This time it was on my left side so I hurried up and pulled over and caught it in time and took it off the side of my window before it flew off into the highway When I went to look at the window molding, I noticed how there were clips that were broken and the double-sided tape that was torn from when the technician removed them the first time. This is why I say that the double sided tape should've been removed and replaced with new double-sided automotive tape along with the original clips that came with the truck which they shouldn't be broken if the technician is using the proper tools to remove the left, and right side window moldings and clips. I know this was a lengthy message, but I needed to get my point across so you folks who get a windshield replacement don't have the same problem I went through and get stuck with paying an expensive bill for windshield moldings. All because of a technician who wasn't honest and fail to tell you when they break something and take ownership of it.
